Tom, Brian and the crew at 360 Signs really came through for my company. We ordered 4 sets of signs, Tom gave us a great price! Unlike many salespeople I've encountered, Tom was persistent - but not annoying. He made sure I knew that our business was his priority. Now, you have to do an exceptional job to earn a review from me - and there's nothing quite so exceptional as perseverance through adversity!
After our signs were delivered and installed, there was a problem with the tape that held them to the walls at a couple of our locations. Tom was not satisfied until he'd "made it right" - getting us a replacement letter when one broke and displaying the same "customer centric" attitude that got him the job in the first place. 360 Signs gets 4 stars for delivering the right product at the right price. The 5th star is for the dedication of Tom and his team to the quality of their product and their customer service.
