Although we're proud of our products, services, and technology, nothing matches the pride we have in our staff. You see, we learned long ago that we're really in the business of building relationships. For that reason, we put a premium on hiring only the most qualified individuals to serve on our team.
In 2005, we changed our dba to "LEWIS SIGN" to reflect our commitment to not only "build" signs, but to service and install them as well. With our new name we ushered in a new look by changing our logo. In 2009, we moved into our new 18,000 square foot facility in Buda, TX. We automated our channel letter-manufacturing department by utilizing the latest technologies our industry has to offer.
Lewis Sign's award-winning graphics department strives to bring every concept full circle into a cohesive and eye-catching layout. Whether it is art for a 30-foot tall pylon sign, graphics for a vehicle wrap or anything in between, our designers have the expertise and talent to solve any design dilemma.
Our cut away section details make understanding the product a simple process. We can illustrate what materials will be used, what colors are specified, the type of illumination to be used as well as the method of installation including the fastening system. Our technical diagrams can be as simple or as complex as needed.

Lewis Signs really came through and did a great job. We were having issues with our sign not lighting up and after multiple other sign shops would not even come out due to the location of the sign, our property manager let us know about Lewis Signs. Dennis, arrived on time and was able to resolve our issues. He went above and beyond explaining the process to me.
He even went so far as to ask me to text him a picture of the sign working (at night) so he knew the job was done right. Lewis signs prices are fair and I received great customer service from everyone I got the privilege to talk to.

They made our signs back in 2017 but they are starting to dim. The other businesses in the area were done around the same time but theirs are still looking very good. The main issue is that when I called to see what can be done I was told that they would have to come and take a look at it which is understandable. They mentioned if it's under warranty it would still be covered but they wouldn't know if it's under warranty until they take a look at the products.
Except they would charge for the service call and at the minimum we would be charged for three hours. Each hour is $125! We feel as though they should know if it's under warranty without having to charge us the $375 to come take a look.

Lewis Sign displayed excellence from start to finish throughout the entire process of us getting our sign. The sales team and the install coordinators were very helpful with any question I had about our sign. The designer was friendly and helpful even when we decided to switch up the design a few times. On the day of the installation, the install crew was early to the site and got their job done quickly and with precision. We will definitely be using them for any of our future signage needs!
