Super Quick and Efficient! Walked in here with my mom and our print needs were met within 5 mins and we were happy customers walking out the door! The staff here is kind and welcoming, they have a lot of services and customisable stuff they can do for you. The place itself is slick and well maintained thanks y'all!

We usually will use Burks at my office if we need something fast. But today I called for some help. I needed to order a site plan on a large foam board. This is the first timed I've ordered something like this and also needed HELPFUL ADVISE on sizing and such. The man I spoke with was so rude and condescending. No customer service skills whatsoever.
His name was Mark or Mike. I will be using Miller Blueprint on the east side from now on. I said thank you for all your help and immediately called Miller Blueprint. I got it all sorted out! Larry over there is always so nice and helpful!

BEST PRINTING SERVICES IN TOWN - I like prints, mostly of architectural and structrual plans--and I like to mark them up, write notes and highlight them---but I digress. Burks has always offered GREAT service and competitive pricing. I'm always downtown and am able to email them docs and pick them up in a very reasonable amount of time. Just today I was running late and barley gave them notice for a set of 22x34's I needed. I strongly thought they wouldn't be able to help on such short notice, but they did! I will continue to use these guys and refer others here. THANK YOU!

I own a shop in Lakeway, and have used Burks printing for all of my business cards, signs, and banners. Of all of the printing companies I've used, I get far more compliments from my materials printed by Burks than any of the other companies. Great products at a very competitive price! I can't wait to get my new banners tomorrow!

My company used Burks as its sole printer for several years and have watched their quality of work and customer service steadily decline until we made the switch to other reprographics firms in Austin. We provided continual customer feedback but our account was not enough to persuade them to improve their services. Some of their locations are better than others.
In fact, I might even recommend their Round Rock location. But stay away from their West Lake and 6th street locations as the employees there have an attitude that results in poor customer service and continual mistakes on projects spanning every level of difficultly. Other reprographic firms have all agreed to match the pricing we received at Burks and have been almost problem free over the past several months. We've had a great experience with both Gill Reprographics and Ridgway's. There are too many companies offering the same services in Austin to take your business to Burks.
