We bought yard signs & they are beautiful & exactly what we wanted! We liked Super Cheap signs so much that we're using them again to create another type of sign for us. Excellent customer service! Highly Recommend

Miranda told me that Super Cheap Signs can beat the pricing if I provide a quote. They came in $3000 higher. I feel she misled me and wasted our time.

Super Cheap Signs has for 10 years always been great to work with. More than likely we will continue to work with them. However, I do want to voice my disappointment that after paying for signs that was a re-order of a previous set of signs we had purchased for approximately $1,000 and having a rush delivery placed on the order costing an additional ~$200 the signs were delivered with additional content that was not requested in the re-order.

The additional content made the font size smaller than the original order and therefore made it more difficult to see from a parked car. Knowing the urgency of when we needed to get the signs out we went ahead and used the signs because we would have missed our window of time for them to be visible to the audience we were trying to reach if we had sent them back and requested new ones to replace them.

My experience in the service industry is that if my company was responsible for an error and even when the person receiving the product with errors makes due is that you either issue a full refund or replace the signs with the correct ones so they can be used for a later event at no cost. Instead we were offered only a 30% discount on a future order.

To me.that's really not owning your mistake. Again.for 10 years we have been more than satisfied with Super Cheap Signs. However, this has left us with a bad impression of how it was handled and thought potential customers should know.

We recently ordered some signs from Super Cheap signs and we are absolutely impressed! It was quick, easy and they went above and beyond by helping with design details. Can't wait to order more!

I ordered some car magnets for my business and they did an amazing job! They had them done way faster than I could have ever expected. They helped out with design and were extremely attentive to detail and responsive. I can't wait to see what they do with our next order!

This company is a rip off. I submitted vector images of our company logo. They re-typed it in a different font and submitted the proof for approval. I asked them which format they needed it in since it looked nothing like our trademark logo. They couldn't get it right and charged me a fee for the proof that took them 5 minutes to type in the wrong font.

I have ordered several times from this company and have been satisfied but not this time. I ordered some yard signs online and somehow either missed the offer code for free shipping or it was not applied. I noticed this after ordering. I immediately contacted the company and explained the problem and that I would appreciate if they could extend me the free shipping.

They said they could not and would not. Needless to say I am very disappointed in the lack of customer care. Why would they rather lose a customer? I guess their name is right, SUPER CHEAP!

I live and work in Missouri and found Super Cheap Signs online. They did a fantastic job on my school's student of the month yard signs. The order was done both quickly and accurately. I definitely recommend this company.

I received my yard signs today and they are Perfect! I called to get a few pointers on my design and received excellent tips and guidance from Gary. The order arrived right on time! I love the heavy-duty wire stakes that I ordered for extra longevity. I'll highly recommend Super Cheap Signs to my contacts! Thank you for making my project super easy and, especially, for the excellent results!

2 stars because the signs look great. Minus 3 because the two times I've had to call and speak to someone the person on the other end of the line (2 different people) were rude and unhelpful. Called today because my signs arrived and only half the stakes did. Called to find out when the others would come and was told "don't know". They have to open an investigation. Well, shockingly I need the stakes for the signs which need to be used on a certain date.

I ordered this all in plenty of time to make sure I had everything when we needed it. Telling me "dunno" on the list half of the stakes is not helpful. The other solution I was given was to place a new order and I'd get reimbursed when they investigation was resolved "depending on the outcome". That did not make me feel comfortable placing a duplicate order. The signs are fine, the price was good, but the customer service is subpar.

I had a great experience with Super Cheap Signs. The order process was easy, and I am happy with the price and the products. The signs were expected to be delivered to our office by 05/14 and they showed up early 05/13.

Spent $4500 on signs, filled out the shipping part on their website and it charged me approx $800 for shipping which I thought was high but I paid it anyway. ten days later they try to up charge me another $647 claiming the shipping was more than they thought.ummm not my problem. How about fix your website so it doesn't charge people the wrong thing to begin with.

My order stayed exactly the same, the shipping almost doubled. I tried to talk reasonably with this company and they refused. Jon their owner wouldn't even take the time to talk to me. I bet he regrets that now. Jason

If you are looking for great prices, quality products and excellent customer service, Super Cheap Signs is the place. My signs had great color, perfect print and were professional looking. They came very fast and were packaged well. Don't hesitate to order!

I was lured in by the "super cheap" pricing, of course. But it was a scam I soon discovered. When I got to the checkout I found out my small thin lightweight sign was going to cost 3 times the going rate to be shipped to me - and not quickly. I was in a rush so I bought the sign. Bad choice! The sign never arrived and I found out the the other cheap thing was the customer support - NONE.

When I tried to contact them, there was no chat, no email, and phone support was closed. When the phone support was open - couldn't get thru. take your business elsewhere. Hopefully, I will get my money back.

I can only say good things about the folks at Super Cheap Signs. I ordered signs during their busiest time, before elections. They did their best to fulfill my order in a timely fashion. Tip: if you are ordering during this time, consider that it may take longer than you anticipated for your order to be ready. Order as far ahead as you can. Their customer service was great. Everyone was super helpful and friendly. I will work with them again!

I ordered 100 signs online which they said would be done in no later than 2 weeks. Called them in 2 weeks and they told us they made a mistake about the proof and needed 1 more week!. Went there after 3 weeks and they said they needed more time. My wife was there and was very upset and started crying because we were already late for the signs we needed. The sign boss new she was crying and instead of apologizing he said we could cancel the order and go somewhere else! Such a horrible horrible group of people.

*** Zero Credit Card Security *** I worked on 3 campaigns, 2 years apart and each campaign had money stolen from their campaign credit cards shortly after purchasing signs from this website. When I called supercheapsigns and spoke with a manager, aside from being extremely unprofessional, he could not review the security measures they take to safeguard your credit card information.

When I asked to speak with his manager he said he was as high up as I was going to talk to and hung up on me. I have had extensive experience with being a manager and I can tell you with 100% certainty that this man that I spoke with was not a manager. So for those customers that this has not happened to, wonderful. But I felt a responsibility to let others know what we have experienced with this sign company.

This is not a coincidence, rather, SuperCheap Signs is the common and obvious denominator. Campaign money is accumulated by donations from people. It is not money that no-one will notice is gone, nor is it responsible for those managing campaign funds not to require honest handling of that money. I have filed a complaint with the Texas Attorney General and the BBB.

They're fine. The price, quality and turn around time were all good. They don't honor their own promotions (we were supposed to get free shipping but were charged for it). Nothing special.

Walked in and took the lady a good 20 sec to look up from her phone to say anything to me she had no knowledge about the business and wouldn't let speak to someone. I need signs fast and they were not even willing to expiate a order even if I paid extra. Guess I'll take my business elsewhere

We had a great experience with Super Cheap Signs! David O. was very accommodating and the price was just right for our small business! We had yard signs made and some car magnets and are very pleased with the finished product. I highly recommend Super Cheap Signs!

Sadly I am very unsatisfied with my service with Super Cheap Signs. I'm hoping for resolution but Customer Service is definitely not their strong point. Next step had to be leave a message for the owner and ask that my email be forwarded to him. We'll see what happens. (I keep yall posted!)

I ordered two, 12" x 12" aluminum signs for our condo complex on 11/9/16. First of all, Super Cheap Signs advertises a quick turn-around time on their website, so I expected them to ship within a few days, especially since I was talked into paying extra for expedited shipping. That was not the case, however--the signs were finally shipped on 11/17/16 (8 days later), and delivered on 11/23/16.

Not only was production slow, but when I opened the box I was totally shocked at the quality of work. The printing was obviously cockeyed and and the lettering appeared smeared. There were also areas around the black border where the paint had already chipped. I immediately wrote to let Super Cheap Signs know how disappointed I was. I was asked to send photos which I did.

I then received a call letting me know they would give me a refund for the signs, but that I would be required to eat the shipping charge which was nearly $50. I told them I just wanted them to reprint the signs better, but they responded that what I received was the best they could do. Seriously!? If you don't mind mediocre quality, high prices, and slow production, then this is the company for you.

If not, STEER CLEAR! BEWARE: my first order was cancelled, but I had to make a follow-up call 1 month later because I still had not received a refund on my credit card. A very shady practice in my opinion. Maybe they were hoping I wouldn't notice?

I spent 3 days researching and trying to order yellow yard signs from 4 different companies. Finely got customer service from super cheap signs on the line. Let them know of my headaches and hastles from other companies. They walked me through the order and shipping. Got 1000 signs delevered to my door. They were printed perfect and will surely place more orders.

Pretty darn happy with these guys and glad they're local! A few years back I had another print shop make up some magnetics for my shop to be placed on the side of my Toyota Tundra. After just two days of use one of them blew off the car. I decided to try again with SCS being that they sell these magnetics often and their price was spot on. I used their online design template allowing me to upload my own.jpg logo and just added a bit of text to it.

I was a bit leery with online templates thinking that the final design would be cut incorrectly or the picture quality would be fuzzy but that wasn't the case. The magnetics final quality was perfect! I'm sure I'll use them again in the future!

I've used super cheap signs a handful of times now, and everything from top to bottom about these exchanges has been great. Their pricing is very competitive if not the best when shopping, and turnaround time was quick. The few times I've communicated by phone and email with someone there was no problem and their website made it super easy to re-order things I had previously ordered and they shipped out instantly.

This review is on behalf of my son. He is working on completing his Eagle Scout project with the Boy Scouts and he had to order signs for part of his project. He stated the signs looked very good and they were fairly priced. They were easy to deal with as well. And my son is not an easy person to satisfy with vendors. So if I had to order any signs for myself, I would certainly use them.
