I've used Compu Signs on Burnet Rd for 6 or 7 years now. Ray and Alex are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and do beautiful layout and design. Most recently they installed signage for my companies tool trailer and I couldn't be happier with the finished product.

The owner is very nice and their work is impeccable I have nothing to complain about they always do good work for the company I work for!

I've been meaning to write this review for years. Cause I've been pleased with Compu sign's product and service for that long. I am a small business owner who knows nothing about computer graphics and sign making, although I have creative & original ideas in my head. The team at Compu signs has repeatedly been able to help get what's in my head out on to signage. Compu signs has a "mom and pop" type feel to the business which I love and feel comfortable in. Bottom line, Starting and maintaining a small business isn't easy, but having help along the way by people/businesses you can trust makes all the difference.

We have several restaurant concepts with locations all over town and we take all of our business to Al at Compusigns. They do everything from decals to banners & large signage with a quick turn around and ALWAYS competitively priced. I've gotten to know Al & Robert quite well as I see them on a weekly basis and would highly recommend them to anyone needing signage without paying the fortune that most other printing companies charge! Two thumbs way up! Love 'em.

Revised: although late due to technical issues we were able to get the signs cut and the price was fair so i have revised my review to an OK as a result. They are still the most fairly priced sign shop in austin in my experience. Original review: Unfortunately this company let me down big time on more than one occasion. The last round was enough to justify this bad review.

I emailed a vinyl sign decal i needed to have 10 sets cut. This was three weeks before i needed them and asked if the file format works and also the cost. I approved the cost and asked them to be made about a week later, yet when i called two weeks after that the signs not only had not been made but my file was lost and i was told to re-send! Then when i resent the sign i was told now it was a new version of CS6 and they could not work with it even though i specifically asked them about this issue day 1!

I then exported to jpg, jif, tif and raw and again none could work. Since i dont have CS6 and the file was from a client this was a nightmare! Then the front desk kid, or at least acted like a kid, gave me attitude about how i exported the file wrong! What a mess! And then the owner defended his employee giving me atitude on the phone. Sadly i can no longer recommend or use this sign shop and i would advise you against the same. Now i have to disappoint a client of mine who was waiting on these decals to be put on a sign we fabricated from steel, unacceptable.

Compu signs is great! Mr Al helped me out so much and the quality of work was exceptional. Everything was done so quick and I really appreciate all they have done for us. I highly recommend this place!

I have never been such a thorn in someone's side as mush as I was when I ordered parking lot signs, for my job, from these guys. They were patient and explained my options and gave me several different bids over a period of 3 months. Prices were great and my order was completed promptly.

I called this office to ask a question and the guy was very rude, he literally hung up the phone on me in the middle of my sentence. Needless to say I would never consider these people for anything.

Compu Signs has been a great asset to our business and we have used it extensively to wrap our fleet of company cars. They are friendly, and prompt with their service and are also very competitive with pricing. I definitely recommend them and they stand behind their work and were quick to fix a small problem that we encountered without any BS. They are a solid small Austin business with several locations around Austin. We primarily deal with the downtown branch and are always happy to let people know about them.
