I worked on a couple of their OLD NAVY signs. Central Florida area. Flex face, with LED Channel letters. Fluorescent lamps are very odd sizes. AND they electrical tape the lamps to the sockets so after many years the tape melted to socket. Lamps very hard to get to. I could only change half the lamps in the sign. Very poor design. This sign is just a few years old and basically "un-serviceable".
The sockets come out when you pull lamps out. Never seen anything like this in 25+ years of servicing neon and fluorescent signs. Also I noticed the ballasts wire covers were impossible to remove and no slack in the wires.
