Perhaps this will change. I've called 3 times and still have no call back. I was told I could have a sign within 5 days or maybe sooner. It's nearly been a week now and still no email to pick a sign template. President of company has been the excuse but I couldn't imagine this is what they want.

I have had a very bad experience with Executive Signs and some of their employees. The first guy I dealt with was impossible to get a hold of and after 3 months of waiting for some kind of progress I told him I did not want to do business with their company. The owner called me, we agreed on another contract and another amount, so I ended up doing business with them again.

I made a deposit and then realized they charged me the original contract deposit price. I told them that was fine and that they could charge me the remainder of my balance when the job was completed. I thought for sure they would move a little faster in the process and I would be getting follow up phone calls or emails, but no, that never happened.

During the remainder of the 2 months I was still emailing and asking "hey, where's my sign?" It took them 5 long months to get my sign put up. 5 months! Now that the job is done they sent me the original price of the invoice again, not the last one we agreed upon. Their lack of communication is very unprofessional. I have my own job to do and I feel like I am doing theirs too. I am so ready to be done with this headache!

Worst communication and business practices ever! They don't ever own up and there is not anyone that takes charge. They stare at each other and point fingers. This place might be good for big accounts but if you are a small business needing signs they don't have proper systems in place to make sure your requests get handled. They don't even follow up.

This review is written after the third transaction I've done with them not the first. All three experiences have been terrible. You have to constantly follow up because they will not call you back and update you or even contact you about questions they were wondering about. They wait for you to call back as their reminders. From the front desk guy Jacob, Jesus in the back and the two ladies sitting on the other side of the wall from Jacob, they are simply clerks and not talent. Review written 8-1-18 -Tomas S.

Used the Buda location and agree with the others in that the customer service is not good, the communication and execution is arduous, appear to not communicate accurately, tried to change the price mid-project, only lit a portion of the sign and then tried to blame us that that was how it was designed and signed off on. Why would we only want 1 of 3 words lit?!.go someplace else that takes pride in delivering quality product. These guys will just cause you headaches and waste your $.

Executive Signs has an attentive staff from design to installation; follow through is excellent. The final product they have produced for the Industrial Building rebranding campaign in both San Antonio and Austin have been top notch. I appreciate their customer service values and am glad to have found their services.

I've used Executive Signs for large and small projects over the past few years, and they always make it a great experience. I'd recommend them to anyone who's in the market for A-Class signs and/or great creative direction!

We used the Austin location. This company has possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced. It took over 3 months to get a quote and then the quality and install was a joke. They left a huge mess on my floors of sticky gunk and the film we hired them to install was bubbled and creased in several areas and did not even line up. It was insane that we had to call them back out and they "didn't notice anything wrong" with the install.

The kicker was the final bill being almost $200 more than what was quoted. They tried to say we changed our mind yet when we made the change it was never mentioned that the price would differ. Stay clear of this business.

Horrible customer service and quality experience with their Buda, TX location. We have tried to get resolution for 6 months after rebranding and have been met with nothing but arrogance and an unwillingness to find a solution. We will make sure to let all those looking for signage to run, not walk, from Executive Signs.

My company uses Executive Signs for specific custom real estate signs that really cannot be produced anywhere else. This would normally be the mark of a quality business, but since our time working with them, we have been nothing but frustrated and disappointed. Not only is getting Rick to return a phone call like pulling teeth, but their quality has really deteriorated over the past year.

If you are told an order will be ready by a specific date, just know upfront that you are being lied to. They will push it back a day, and continue to string you along for a few days or weeks, all the while never even starting your project until you show up there fuming and furious demanding answers. And more power to you if that sign holds up over time. Ours began peeling within 1 week. Think hard before working with these guys.
