Keller Signs are a hard working sign shop. Signs are not an easy process and therefore should not be rushed. JD was so helpful and the warehouse staff always treated with respect. These people obviously don't need any business because they have an extremely rude female answering the phone who is extremely rude, sarcastic, catty and condescending to potential customers feeling a tit for tat, petty argument over an employee (who was a previous contact) that used to work there is more important than new business, like an snotty 13 year old child. Whoever is the owner of this company, I just want you to know there are plenty of other print companies in town and one of them is going to get my business, but it won't be you. I would suggest firing whoever the sorry excuse for human being you have answering your phones because she is losing you business and you don't even know it.
