My name is Richard Mills from Spring Branch Texas. I recently called Emily at Signs of San Antonio so I could put my Dad’s old logo on the side of a truck I’m restoring. It is a small job that probably didn’t net the company any more than a few dollars. Emily was helpful, pleasant to deal with and made me feel like my job was the most important job for the month!

We went back and forth on the design until it was just what I wanted. By the next day the stencil was done and ready to pick up. When I picked up the stencil Emily wasn’t there for me to thank but Christina waited on me and again made me feel like her biggest customer. When I had a question Christina went out and asked the Production Manager, Art, to explain to me what I needed to do.

All this for just a silly little job! It is so rare anymore to get service with eBay, Amazon and the rest of the online world we find ourselves in. I want anyone who reads this to know that Signs of SA gave me much more customer service that my purchase deserved!

Fantastic service. They were quick to respond to my initial bid request and provided exactly what I was looking for. Production and delivery was fast even with the holidays falling in the middle of the week. Pricing was very reasonable and their terms were easy as well. No hidden costs. Straight forward, upfront and wonderful customer service. I worked with JoAnn Estrada and she was wonderful.

As if that were not enough, she went the extra mile and worked with me on the pricing to make the signs affordable to my voluntary non-profit organization! About two hours after I had hung up the phone, Laura called to say that my signs were ready! I couldn't believe my ears! Fantastic customer service and the signs look amazing!
