Bill was very helpful, and very informative when I reached out to him for some flat cut letters. He answered all my questions and made me feel confident in the DeSIGNery to produce a quality product. Delivery was timely, though I know in many cases production times can vary. Everything arrived in excellent condition and our customer was very happy with their sign. Bill at deSIGNery was so fantastic to work with and I had absolutely no problems and have nothing but praise for his services. Highly recommend! He created a vinyl mask that I used as a stencil on a project for a synagogue. For the same project he also help me choose some acrylic letters and they were perfect.
