I used Royal Sign Company to help brand my logo on a new building recently and had zero experience with signage. I'm so glad I was refereed to Vince and Royal Sign Co. Vince was able to walk us through from the preliminary design stage to actual renderings and color schemes of how the sign would look on the building prior to the completed installation. It really finished the look of the building and has transformed my exterior store front.

I have zero experience purchasing signage so all I have to compare my interactions against is common sense and general expectations. Couple that with my perfectionist nature and Royal Sign Company certainly had their work cut out for them. Dane and his team are nothing short of remarkable. Our studio has very modern exterior architectural features, and while great to look it, it created havoc on our signage options (size & mounting location).

We were mortified at what we assumed we would end up with. Dane and his team @ Royal Sign Company quickly came up with a strategy on how they could creatively and securely mount the sign. This plan ultimately resulted in our sign being slightly larger and positioned better then all the neighbors. So it went from a disadvantage to a marked advantage.

We have VERY strict CDD requirements in our master planned community and Royal Sign Company worked closely with the architectural review board to gain all required approvals before permitting. We didn't have do a thing. In fact, the only thing we had to do (besides approve the design and write a check) was help them match the awning paint color, which came out flawless.

The quality of the sign exceeded my expectations; installation is clean and tight. I was very skeptical using a sign vendor located 2,205 miles away from our studio but after one conversation with Dane, his professionalism, knowledge and passion won me over. If they do this sort of work in the midst of a world pandemic and crisis, I can only image how they do when life is humming along. Thank you Dane and the team at Royal Sign Company, you were a delight to work with and we the final product!

Royal Sign Company just installed my sign and I couldn't be happier. Dane did a great job working between my franchise, landlord and myself. The project was done onetime and installed earlier than anticipated. The team who arrived for installation were quick, professional and polite. They created very little disruption to the flow of traffic during heavy shopping center hours.

I had a horrible experience with two other sign companies. I had lost hope that I would find a reputable sign company after my previous experiences. I searched Google and found Royal Sign Company and decided a third time must be the charm. IT WAS! Jack at Royal Sign was awesome. He was true to his word and incredibly professional. On a tight timeline they got it done just in time for our 15 year anniversary.

Called a bunch of sign companies and Vince at Royal stood out with fast responses, fair prices, great ideas, and best of all, flawless execution.

So I purchased an existing business that has a pole sign and wanted to update the facing and the first company I chose to contact was royal sign. The first time I called the reception informed me that the person in charge was not available and suggested I leave him a voicemail, which I kindly did. A couple days passed and that individual never contacted me a potential client.

I decided to give them a break and attempted to again reach out to get someone to assist me, so I called again and voice my concerns to the same receptionist in regards to dropping the ball. To be honest the receptionist was sorry that no one even attempted to contact me so again the receptionist suggested I leave another voicemail but to another person, which I did, gluess what, no reply.

Sometimes getting to excited especially opening up or even buying a business, first step to getting a exposure is a decent sign to attract maximum frontage, but don't relay on Royal, either there to busy there or they don't have enough workers in there.

When opening a business you have to worry about so much. It was nice to know I could hand off this project and not have to worry about tracking its progress on the daily. Dane is great. He managed the relationships, permitting and design with all the decision makers within the franchise, on property and myself. Scheduling installation was easy and even ahead of schedule. The installation team was quick and professional. I'm really happy with everything from beginning to end.

It should be noted I do not often write bad reviews online. However, if I could give zero stars to this company, I would. What started out as three simple sign projects on August 6th, 2018 has turned into a nightmare. As an experienced fabricator and business owner since 2009, I've hired several sub contractors over the years to help when things get busy.

During this particularly busy summer, I hired Royal Sign to assist with the fabrication and installation of 3 simple signs designed for one of my clients. I was assured upon signing my contract the signage would be completed and installed within 5 to 6 weeks (Sept 11th). Here we are mid October and today I was informed by the owner there would be additional delays before they are finished.

Additional delays to the THREE other additional time delays. This is addition to the THREE other times they actually installed the signage incorrectly. This in addition to the project manager not getting the permit for 7 weeks. This In addition for the project manager forgetting to put items into the quote and now saying we owe them more money they forgot to quote and quoted incorrectly. I've literally never seen this level of incompetence on any construction project.

I recommend you simply RUN, run AWAY to ANY other sign company to get your project completed. It's been 11 weeks and my client is up-in-arms furious and Royal just keeps screwing up. I have wasted so much time, money and energy. I literally could have fabricated and installed these projects 6 weeks ago. It's a horrible experience that just will not end. Complaint to the BBB is up next.

Couldn't be any happier with the service I received ordering my signs. Royal Sign turned out boring glass storefront into a showcase for our shop. I have them working on all the signs for the interior of the building now. I love their friendly, family service - incredibly easy to work with and pros at what they do - always helpful when you know little about signmarking. We just opened a new hair and nail salon (Monhair Salon) in NE Phoenix a few months ago and Royal Signs were recommended by my architect. Although I did my homework and checked other companies but liked what Royal Signs has to provide especially their project manager Vince who helped me throughout the process and even took time to do the permitting at the City of Phoenix which by itself is a very time consuming process. Vince was awesome and helped me throughout delivering on his commitments. The quality of the sign is amazing and the price is very reasonable. Based on my architect's recommendations I used Royal Signs to be our new sign supplier. They naufactured, delived and installed a great professional quality sign for our new business (Monhair Salon) at a very reasonable and fair price. Got our sign made for our custom suit store in Gilbert. We ended up going with the first design Dane drew up for us. It maximized sized and is super bright and visible. It looks really professional, bright, and clean. I've only had it up 2 months and a LOT of people have complemented the sign, a few different friends called or texted me just to tell me that they saw it driving by and loved it. Really easy to work with these guys, would definitely use them again!

Any product they will do and I need. I'll be using them. Price is fair and less than I expected. More importantly, the work is beautiful! We first had Royal do our lit exterior sign. We worked with Dane to schedule and get it done. He was unbelievably clear on every step and it was so simple start to finish. I honestly love it and am so proud of how it looks.

They have also done 4 different banners for us which were as inexpensive as you'll find and the highest quality. Our most recent project has been wrapping our front windows.
