Highly recommended if you need a sign or banner. Awesome customer service, great prices. Walked in there not knowing what I wanted, 40 mins later walked out with what I wanted at a great price. Didn't even know they could do it same day since the banner was so big.

This was an awesome experience. I met Mike last week. I show him my vehicle that needs to advertise my business, and I tell him I have a budget in-mind. Before I can say what my budget is, he says he can design something that will look great, print it, & install it the same day for an amount that is $100 less than my budget. I come in Monday to follow a lady inquiring about a poster(?) design.

She asks a question about some graphics, Mike fixes it on the screen, and she comments that they (church) require 3 estimates, but they already know who they're coming back to. I felt pretty confident about doing business with Mike, at that point already. I do IT work, which includes occasional graphics manipulation, and I charge for it. Mike did what I spent 3+ hours doing in about 3 minutes, and his efforts actually looked good/great.

It made me realize the countless hours I wasted attempting to create my own graphics with my own tools/apps, AND on a few websites/companies offering graphics design/printing. I wish I could get that time back. I'll recommend Custom Graphix to all my customers that want quality design & service at an affordable cost. My daughters cheer squad needed a banner printed of their team name for competitions. After looking at several different places and reviews on google we figured we would give Custom Graphix a try. I AM SOOOOO GLAD WE DID! They're very professional and accommodating. The gentleman at the front is always so nice and helpful. If you have any issues they're more than willing to make it right which is shocking because no one has their kind of customer service anymore.

The prices are extremely reasonable and the turn around for orders is crazy fast. I highly reccomend this business to anyone looking for banners, car magnets etc. Give them a try for all your signage needs. You won't regret it!

I was working with another sign company on 7.12 and by 7.16 we still wernt in the production phase. We needed 2 banners 120" x 25" with 3 colors. I honestly got a little irritated and started shopping around since this project was not going anywhere. I contacted Parker at custom Graphix 7.19 at about 11am. We emailed back and forth all of the details.

By 4pm the same day, I was at the shop picking up 2 beautiful banners from Saul, the print master. This company definitely earned my business long term as they are able and willing to print, just about everything. Our next projects are decals and A frame signs. Also they will design our window graphis as well. We are going to use this company for all of our graphics. Lastly, the price quoted to me was less than the other guys. Thank you so much! Up

I needed my car and trailer stickered for my business. I brought them in the morning. We designed the layout within 15 minutes. They had the job done in a few hours and it turned out perfect! Very easy to work with and fair pricing.

Horrible and/or non-existent customer service. They will get right back to you with a price, but will not get back to you at all after they have charged your credit card twice without shipping the product out. I have left more than 5 voicemails and even more emails with no reply to address this problem. You get what you pay for. It's worth paying a little more to find a company who cares about its clients. I would not recommend Custom Graphix Signworks to anyone.
