Realty Sign Co has been the go to sign shop for my company for a long time. I work at a large real estate brokerage and my broker will not buy signs from anyone else and he prefers the Bell Rd location. They have amazing service and they get it right every time. I love chatting with Christian and Pam when I pick up my signs.

Using for ten plus years I have been using the reality sign Co for over 10 years. They are hands down the best prices for custom-made banners signs and sign holding items. I recently ordered a 4x8 custom banner that was hung the property that I was selling and they did a fantastic job. They get you the information that you need and quotes back quickly it is worth it to have them install the banners and signs as well. Always a great company. Thank you for reading my review

As a REALTOR, I needed to get some signage for my listing, along with open house signs. April at the Bell Rd location designed the best For Sale sign that met my brand style. She listened to what I was looking for and returned a draft in less than 48 hours. After we sold the house, I decided to get a window decal for my car. We drafted out a cling that flowed with my For Sale signs, yet again, less than 48 hours later.
I did have a hiccup with install. I came in on a hot day, so the decal didn't get applied to their standard (I personally thought it was fine!). During the time we rescheduled, I bought a new car. They were kind enough to not charge for a whole new cling, but did charge for a new decal. I just got my new cling installed by Christian at the McDowell location.
He apologized and thanked me for continuing to support the business. While I was waiting, Ariel was super sweet and chatted with me so I wouldn't feel like I was ignored. She asked how my business was and created a rapport with me. For anyone looking for ANY sign, here's your sign (place). HIGHLY recommend! *Same review for the McDowell location*

Great place!there a ALOT of signs to choose from. Plenty of general signs to choose from, or if you need anything customized, they can do it for you. It was an easy, walk in, browse the shop, choose what you want, they submit an order with your customized needs, pay and off you go. (It might take a week or so to get the order completed depending on whats needed) great shop.

I am ordering signs from Realty Sign co right now and having the worst experience. I've dealt with three different people who seem to have no clue what's going on with my order. Customer service is terrible. I was told I'd be able to get my signs within a WEEK, and as a realtor, time is money. I needed open house signs by last week, and I still won't get them for another week.
This has now been a three week process and we still aren't done. I've attempted to follow up multiple times via email and phone, and I've heard nothing from them. It wasn't until I threatened to reverse the $1,000 + in charges that I finally got a response from someone. Go figure. Lesson learned- I'd rather pay more and get better service, and I will never use this company again.

I wish there was a rating less than 1 star. If you want horrible customer service, and somewhere to throw your money away then this is the place for you! Be warned, if you need to make changes to a proof they send you, your quote time will turn into about a month or more. And you will have to follow up with them constantly as they do not call you with updates, reply to your emails, or even let you know when your order is in fact done. If you're considering using this company it will be a huge waste of your time and money.

Wow! I was a Realtor back in 1986 -1996 then moved away! Now I am back as a Realtor with HomeSmart! I alway get my signs made here! They even keep HomeSmart sign made up! Alway great service with a smile! I had my custom Open House signs made here too with my Keeper Home logo, they designed it and worked with my Broker to make sure HomeSmart loves them too!

Had to call everyday to follow up on my order to get proof for realty signs. After I signed the proof right away, they were behind and told me 2 signs would be printed a day later. Call the day of to pick them up and they said they had them ready. I show up and they had not printed them. Had to wait for another 10-15 mins until they would get the work done. Slow and bad service.

I'm a realtor and had to have 12 signs made in a hurry. Jack and Angela were extremely helpful in meeting my deadline. Their pricing was also far better than other companies. I was also impressed with the amount of inventory on hand in their store for various signs and riders. I would highly recommend this company and location for anyone looking for standard or custom signs. I will be a long time customer going forward!

I have ordered business cards, magnets and real estate signs here and everything is superb quality and fairly priced and done quickly. The customer service is excellent with Jack and Angela. I was a first time customer, and had a pretty bad experience with their customer service, and the product itself. When I went in to place the order, the sales people seemed very distracted (judging by how many times they misspelled my name on the order form). I ended up getting the wrong quantities of the custom signs I ordered. When I asked what I could do, the same salesperson that I ordered from showed me the quantities she wrote down on her form, and said there is nothing she could do to help me, other than have me pay for more signs.
When I got back and unwrapped the signs, I found the printing to be low quality and dull, and the colors did not match on the different signs like I had specifically asked for (see photo below of 2 signs next to each other). If you are looking to spend real money, I'd do it with a local printer that gives you the time of day and a quality product. The only reason this isn't 1 star is because they were relatively inexpensive and quick to deliver.

I began shopping at this store location when it first opened decades ago. Now under new ownership. They carry a wide variety of well made signs inside and can create signs to meet almost every need. Staff is easy to do business with. Custom made signs can be a tad pricey but given the quality for sign it can well be worth it. The only drawback that I found was no discount for veterans or seniors which original store carried. Still a good place to go for needed signs, custom or generic.

What a joke. Their hours online show M-F 8am-5pm and I'm sitting here in the other side of town in their parking lot specifically to pick up a sign for a home and they're not even open during their business hours. Got here on time and sitting here. Looks like this company needs to fix their SIGNS. what a waste of my time and gas. Drove 25 minutes out of my way one way for this too.

I've used this company for over 15 years probably. I know they have been busy the last few years but the service I received was worth writing a review to for warn all! I personally went in to order new signs and a few other things and was promised 5 business days but they said it would prob be less. The new staff girl was friendly, others seemed busy and annoyed this visit.
I had to keep calling the following week to follow up. My order was lost, then sent to another store, then I was told printer was down and so on. Call the other store and was promised someone would get to the bottom of this and call me back asap.that never happened and another week went by. I've given up and now will be working with MacDaniels signs. If you start getting the run around, prob want to cancel your order! Alan B

I was promised a special price. Sent them my artwork, and was told my order would be ready in 4 days. Called the 3rd day and not only had they not even reviewed my artwork, they told me the price would be an additional $100 and that the special I was promised stopped running a year ago. Wasted my time, and offered no solutions. Highly recommend *NOT* doing business with this unorganized, incompetent and unapologetic company.

I have always had excellent experiences here. They have a huge selection of signs, posts, etc. and the counter people really know their stuff. On my most recent visit, they helped me figure out a sign pole retrofit solution that meant I didn't have to dig up the old (deeply buried) poles. They also noted that the 10' pole I needed would probably not fit in my SUV and immediately offered to drop it off at my house.
It arrived 30 minutes later via a very professional older gentleman (no charge for delivery) along with all the nuts and bolts (no charge for hardware) I needed to attach the various neighborhood signs we were installing. I felt it was the kind of service that used to be standard, but now is rather rare. I would never consider going anywhere else.

I needed magnetic signs for our cars and trucks on our ADOPT-A-Highway in Arizona so called and then e-mailed my artwork to them. We had a very short time to get them printed (3 Day's). The artwork was so good it looked like a picture. Great work and a very fair price. When I went to pick the up there were things I never expected! Old gas pumps, Classic car and vintage signs and a few for my man cave. Even if you don't need a sign it is fun to look at everything!

Last month I tried to order a set of signs. Long story short I waited two weeks and many calls later I still never got a proof. Only excuses. Finally I told them to forget it. Last week I decided to give them a second try and replaced my order. I was told that I would have my proofs the next day. Three days later still no proofs. I called back, still no proofs. 4 days after my I should have had my proofs I called again, They then emailed me the proofs an hour later.
The sign was all wrong. I started to make a list of corrections needed but when I reached 5 I gave up and walked away. I don't have any more time to waste on this company. Josh seemed nice but completely in over his head. Angela never seemed particularly pleasant and always seemed inconvenienced by my inquiries.

I placed an order for 12 signs 3 weeks ago, I still do not have my signs. I went to the store to pickup a sample of the sign ordered 3 weeks ago and had to wait 40 minutes to be acknowledged. At no point in time did anyone greet me or say we will be with you in a minute. This is the LAST order I ever give to this company. Lesson learned.

I put in an order in early April, was told by Angela that I would have a proof the next day. 2 days later I called back looking for my proof, was told I'd get a call back the next day, still nothing. 1 week later I called yet again looking for the proof, Angela said I would get a call back that day, nothing. Finally yesterday I received a proof for the wrong type of sign, I asked them to correct it, they then sent me the correct type of sign, but with the wrong name and wrong phone number.
They do get 2 stars instead of 1 because I've used them in the past and they do make a quality sign. I don't mind waiting as long as I'm given an accurate estimate. Also Josh really is a nice guy, he just needs some additional help.
