Additionally, Ashley worked with the fabricators to ensure that my sign was expedited in order to be installed for my store opening. The installers were also awesome. I used Golden West Signs to put a logo graphic covering the back window of my car. I was impressed by the timeliness and professionalism of the service and the quality of the final product. It looks great and I get compliments on it all the time. Great job!

I have been very disappointed in two separate dealings with Golden West Advertising, Inc. and their owner Bob Moore. I will never work with this company again and would not recommend this company to anyone as their owner does not stand behind the quality of the product that his company delivers and does not put his customer first. Do yourself a favor and work with a company that truly values the customer and understands that the customer is their brand and the lifeblood of their business. I would recommend working with a company such as Lytle Signs for example.

I'm very disappointed in my experience. After looking at the design on paper, I expressed concern that the lettering may not stand out from the background of the brick building. I was told by the sales person that the designers had the letters outlined in white to make it stand out, and "it should be fine". Not knowing anything about sign making, I trusted them. Mistake.

The sign is poorly visible. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, I was told they would fix it and charge me another $900 on top of the $1400 I had already been charged. The second time I expressed my dissatisfaction, I got no response at all. I'll never use this company again. Lots of excuses, no accountability.
