I've used several local sign companies. We hired AIM to refurbish our sign on our building. They came out and took faces off and sign sat for 3-4 weeks with no work or faces. I reached out and was told "we are busy". News flash. Everyone's busy. When the guy finally got out to work on sign. It was not good. He used spray paint on the boxes. Not only did he hit our building several times with white spray paint he hit the boxes so hard that there are drips all over the boxes(and concrete sidewalk below).
The worker dropped a bulb in parking lot and left the broken glass there. The sales guy had to have the guy come out again and attempt to fix his work. It went from being a complete disaster to a mild disaster. The quality was just not good. After spending what I did to get the sign refurbished very disappointed with AIM. Will probably have to hire another sign company to redo the boxes.

I honestly don't know the quality of their work. I called to schedule an appointment and mentioned it wasn't an emergency, but we wanted to get on their list. I called back to confirm since I didn't remember them giving me an exact time, and they said sometime within a period of a week. Since I was in no rush, I figured that was fine, but that week came and went, and never heard back from them. To be honest, I have not called back due to principal.
