I took my personal neon sign in to drop off for a diagnosis. After telling Rick what the sign issue was he dropped what he was doing and tested it thinking it was a minor issue. It turned out to be a bad power adapter and he suggested where to find a replacement for an inexpensive price. A relatively quick fix with no charge for his time/knowledge! If there's ever a major issue with any of my signs I definitely will return. Highly recommended business for neon sign issues. Thanks Rick! Leo
