They fixed my neon bar sign 2 or 3 years ago for $70 only for it to quit again. They fixed it again for another $70 and it lasted about an hour! Took it back and was told it was now another problem and they could remove part of the neon tubing and that would fix the sign. My $70 that I paid would not cover this and the "lady" wanted another $20 to remove the bad part.
I took it home and removed the bad part in 15 minutes and have it working. I am done with Haynes Sign rip-off! Stan The old biddy in the office is not a nice person to deal with!

Owner was professional and informative. She not o lying answered all my questions, but gave me brochures to take back to my church. On top of that she gave me a tour of their sign creation work shop where they were making extreme massive signs. Their workmen were friendly and explained the different activities. I heard the term quality many times. Although they knew there was no sale today, they were friendly and helpful in explaining what they co held for me as their customer. Thank you
