Well I work here now. Does that say enough? I just love this place. Feels like family.

I actually took the time to stop by the shop on a Thursday morning to ensure that what I wanted was clear and concise. I met with Marilee during my visit. She took photos of my vehicle and advised she would have a proof by Monday, provided that I send her my artwork. Which I did. I waited for the email proof to arrive, but after several days I called to follow up.

It seems that she had my email address wrong. After getting this corrected. I simply waited for Marilee to forward the proof. Several days later and after a phone call or two, I finally received a proof. I made the necessary changes and sent it back. It was approximately 10 to 12 days and I had heard nothing. I contacted Marilee yet again to get the status of my order.

She never returned my phone call. I then called and left a message for the manager to call me back. However, 6 days past before he reached out to me. Needless to say I went elsewhere to get a sign made in less than 3 business days and it cost me a third of the price I was quoted by Seaboard Signs.

I will exclusively ONLY use Seaboard Signs moving forward. Hands down the BEST costumer service! I have worked with them for years and EVERY single time they deliver. This last experience made me a lifetime fan girl of the company. It's almost 2pm on a Friday and I needed some last minute signs and stickers for a nonprofit charity event the next day. Brian and his team happily stayed until closing time to fulfill my last minute requests and they did it with genuinely interest in getting our event exactly what we needed!

When a business cares enough to support a nonprofit then that actually says a lot about the business. They are NOT just a business but a partner to the community! Thank you Seaboard Signs for supporting our local nonprofit and being a true partner to better our community! Personal, business or nonprofit work- you have my business!

Great customer service! Tony is very friendly and helpful. We needed a rush order and Tony tried his best to accommodate. In the end they didn't have the right material in stock, but it was still a good experience.

Seaboard Signs has done it again. They have done many trucks for us, the last two were a bit more complicated. I gave Tony a rough idea of what I had in my head and he delivered!

So I've written two bad reviews in my life. This being the second. I'm a local realtor who's done business with you for years now so it bothers me that I need to write this. I called you this last Monday to order a sign. You were suppose to send a proof Keith but you didn't. I called again on Wednesday asking if you had it done. You had forgotten and told me you would have it the next day.

I didn't receive the proof again, so called you again on Friday and you said it would be done Monday. That's a week for a 3 day sign. I call today and there's no sign. What's going on? When realtors order signs they most likely have told their clients it will be up on the day you tell them the sign will be done(give or take a day to be fair and reasonable). Incredibly disappointed i need to find a new sign company after two years of business with you.

They lettered my husband's work trucks and did an awesome job! They were easy to work with, worked quickly, and put out an excellent product! The business gets so many more inquires because of the lettering!
