Horrible customer service! The representative that sold us the sign refuses to call us back. We have paid OVER $7,000 for a shitty sign that we cannot use. It's still in its original box and sits on a shelf because the fuzzy graphics are not what the representative showed us. We are part of a pending class action lawsuit with the District Attorney, in hopes of resolving this issue that myself and other companies/individuals have gone through. Please do your research BEFORE signing a contract with a very persuasive and misleading representative. So much smoke and mirrors for a useless product.

Going out of business and said "sucks to be you" when asked about repairing our marquee (which is still under warranty). This company is the absolute worst company ever. Their tech support did not even bother to return phone calls then gave us the run around for three months. Run the other way with this company.

Horrible customer service with unfriendly customer service workers! We had purchased a sign and needed a invoice for our tax accountant. I tried calling a total of 7 times before actually having the phone answered! I was on hold the first 6 times between 30-40min without ever having a anyone in customer service pick up my call, I also left 2 messages asking to be called back with no one ever returning my call. Definitely do not recommend this company!

Now "gulf devlopment", WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! If you want a reply/answer/part/information, look elsewhere because these guys take days to reply. I'm on my third week trying to BUY a simple antenna from them. Will defiently go elsewhere when my businesses need new signs

We bought a sign from this company last year. The sign only worked for a few months. Since than i keep calling and not getting anywhere to get it fixed almost 6 months later. Never buy from this company they do not stand behind their products. I call 3-4 times a day leave messages and they don't return phone calls. Very poorly runned company. Needless to say we have a sign we are still paying for that wont work.

So. No parts available for my 7 - 8 year old sign.now what do I do with a $15,000 LED sign. Signtronix pretty much is blowing me off. I would definitely not use Signtronix. At least a name brand company will back up their signs. Good luck if anyone reading this uses this company. How do you sell expensive signs and not have parts for them? This review isn't on their products but how they treated my mother who worked for them. My mother had worked for this company a long time and she had an accident at home and broke her arm. So she was out for two weeks because she needed surgery and healing time. When she got back to work, two days later she was let go.

This is a terrible company. The customer service was not helpful and they took forever to get my equipment back to me. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone!

Dont do it to yourself! You have no idea the head ache with this company! The machine is way over prices and a piece of crap. I had one replaced and now the new one is still not working even after 4 calls with the techs! Waste of time and money! Oh and the best part they dont take returns! Even if the machine doesn't work. Shop around, read reviews, dont trust this company. I feel scammed for sure!

We love our sign! We think the design team did a great job creating our sign. We have not had a sign for almost a year due to construction, and our clients often complained how difficult it was to find us. I am happy to report that we have not gotten any more complaints, and many of our clients have had nothing but nice things to say about how nice our sign is!

It's now Gulf Development and it's the greatest sign company in the history of the world.

Customer service at this place lacks terribly we have a tecnical issue connecting to our electronic message sign we tried calling a couple times always have to wait on hold till I have to I need to be doing something else we send them an email either they don't respond or they say we will call you to resolve the issue but they never call would give them 0 stars if I could we have a $40k sign that does work!

I have been in business several years and have to say that my experience with Signtronix has been the worst that I have dealt with so far. The salesman is far worse than a used car salesman. I was lied to from the first day. The sign ended up costing over $11,000 more than quoted. The customer service is a joke. I have had the sign in the air for over a month and it is still not working.

When I call customer service, it takes over an hour to get through to a representative and then they hang up. I will try again today since I have a very expensive paper weight in the air in the hopes that I can get the sign to operate.

I have worked on a number of custom business signs with this family run company based out of Southern California. Signtronix has one of the best outdoor sign products on the market. The sign products are highly visible both day and night. If you are looking to attract more customers to your business I would recommend getting the biggest, brightest sign you can for your business. FYI these signs are straightforward to install and then have an electrician connect the wiring.

If you are in the market for a LED sign, I would not recommend this place. First off their financing is done through a third party and they charge you almost double of what the sign cost. Their signs they are really great at first. My first sign quit relaying the wireless signal so they sent me supposedly a new sign. Well I have to sit right next to it to send a signal to the sign. DO NOT BUY. THEY ARE JUNK.

THE WORST COMPANY! THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! I bought two 6foot long X 32inches tall full color RGB message centers with 9inch letters that had great graphics I could put my logo on and pictures this was an awesome sign. that's what GREG told me he's the one that sold me the signs. When the signs came in they was 6 foot long X 24 inches tall 6 inches letters the graphics are horrible.

I called Greg and told him he said he would come look at them and he never showed up. I called signtronix they wouldn't do anything they told me that is what I ordered NO ITS NOT. I have the text Greg sent me on the size of the sign. I told Signtronix that they didn't care. they just keep saying that's what I ordered. If you see one of their sales representatives don't fall for their pitch like I did. RUN

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They will misrepresent their services to make a sale. When I tried calling to talk to someone I kept getting transferred to voicemail. I had to call several times before someone finally talked to me. They then told me they are not responsible for what their sales reps tell customers and refused to let me return their sign even though we were told we could return the sign at any time if we were unhappy with it. Don't like company's that try to take advantage of their customers.

Update! 3/22/17 we love our new sign! We have had a great reaction from clients and they are taking advantage of the advertisements we have put on it. One sale item in particular has been up 50%. We had a slight glitch with one side of the sign and I called for support. They called me after hours to help me fix it, which only took about 10 seconds, because it was a software issue on my side, they were super helpful and patient.

We spent $22,000, and so far my experience has been awesome. My sales rep Tim, came to our meeting on time and gave us all the info we needed to make a buying decision. We are a small animal hospital and I have always wanted a quality lighted sign. It was installed in the time frame promised and it is gorgeous! They have called me a few times to check on us and offer help or support. These guys are so helpful and we are happy customers.

While the art department/design services where sub standard (we ended up designing our own sign) the product and other support was excellent. Our sign looks amazing and was worth the investment.

I spent $37,000 with Signtronix 10 years ago. We purchased a 5X10 2-panel light up sign, 2 smaller one-panel signs and an LED marquis for our lobby. In 2013, they replaced our 2-panels for our 5x10 sign due to fading/vandalism. A few weeks ago, our large sign was vandalized again. We reached out to the company about our options and even though our warranty was one month expired they offered to replace the 2 panels one last time. They even offered to pay the shipping cost. I sincerely appreciate the effort they made maintain a professional relationship with our company.

Be very careful about purchasing this company's product. Their software is incompatible with Apple based computers. Microsoft PC is required - which the company failed to communicate to me. There is no trial period or satisfaction guarantee for the product. It is expensive and no returns are allowed. Though they are friendly - I'm stuck with mine - and it has lured no customers into our store. I WASTED my money!

Ordered 2 4x8 lit box signs for our new office and we are constantly getting compliments on how great they look. We are also receiving more walk in traffic than ever. Excellent product and service. Had a really hard time getting product information from this company. Definitely seems like they need to step up their customer service. The person I spoke with was friendly but literally didn't know anything about the simple questions I was asking. I was told on multiple occasions someone would get back to me but nobody ever did. Hopefully they have improved that since this review.

I gave them a deposit for a sign almost a year ago, I have yet to see anyone or be able to get anyone to return my phone call. I have left voice mails, sent e mails and called the main office. I did finally talk to some one at the main office who said she would take care of the issue and call me back.needless to say, I have not gotten a call back from her either.

This company is a rip off, preying mainly on small businesses such as myself, that don't have the deep pockets needed to go after these crooks. If you need a sign, DON'T TRUST THESE PEOPLE TO PROVIDE IT!

I'm still waiting for a call back for m the manager from 4 MONTHS AGO. This place must be a complete joke, the customer service idls awful. They had me on a call waiting for over 20 minutes, answered; then ask me a question, then put me back on waiting. I was trying to be patient obviously, I was very friendly didn't argue for the long wait.

After waiting an hour it lead to a stupid voicemail. I left a voicemail to the manger, I was calm just needed my call back for service. I'm still waiting but this time I'm angry, so they deserve the bad review!

They are a ripp off company! Wrote a check and the salesman turned around and immediately cashed at my bank. The salesman had put it into his name and took off with the money. I was informed by the company and sales man that is how they do business. We tried to stop this immediately but the sales man refused the return our money.btw we spoke to him within 10 min from leaving my store.
