Called for a quick quote. They transfer you to someone else that says "go online and submit your request" Then, they respond saying they don't do electric signs "the sign store" maybe this is a blessing in disguise. Dodge a bullet.

I went in today to purchase real estate sign riders after finding out that my "go-to" sign vendor went out of business. I was greeted by Gary Padilla and he offered to help me find what I needed. I expected Gary to be a pushy salesman but he was very pleasant! He informed me of other products and services The Sign Store NM offered without cornering me into a sale. I emailed them about a sign for my office and they called me very quickly. After talking to Joaquin we had the sign designed and just a few days later it was ready. They were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately I made a mistake about some information on the sign. Thankfully Joaquin worked with me and was able to make a patch so I didn't have to buy a completely new sign. Would recommend.

The staff and management was amazing. I didn't know what I really needed and they were so knowledgeable about what I should have. They gave me great advice. Other sign companies always just asked me what I wanted. I don't know, I just needed help and the Sign Store gave it to me.
