Horizon electric not only ripped me off, fabricated the wrong color and the wrong size in signs. When brought to their attention not did they immediately stop coming by and taking my phone vales. Their mistakes and instead of fixing them they disappeared. I hired an investigator to serve them papers. Ripped me off over 7000 dollars. Never saw the other signs never came and finished the job and never returned the money I had to put down for them to start the project. I'm a local business just trying to rebrand. They were horrible. Don't trust these to guys. Mark kneeling is the most u business like u trustworthy. They will rip ypu off.

We had them build us a sign around two years ago. Warranty of five years. They did good job building and installing. It went dark. Tried several times to have them check it out. Guy is an antagonist. He attempts every way to get you to not deal with him. Warranty states not to have anyone else touch sign. Four months now and they will not investigate. So moral of the story is warranty is worthless. If you try to get something from something that is worth zero then you get zero.

I met the guys today. They were repairing a sign accross the street from me. I called their phone number and asked if they could come over. They came and replaced bulbs and replaced a ballast in my shop sign in less than an hour's time. Very professional and prompt. I will call again if I need their services and I strongly recommend them.
