If I could give a zero star, I would. I have been attempting to get them to call me back for about a month now and no response. When I did get thru to an actual person, she said someone would be back in touch with me by the end of the day. Not sure how long their day's are but that was over 2 weeks ago. Anyone know of another company in the Portland OR area that will take care of signage?

My boss has leased his sign from Ramsay for years. They were not doing adequate maintenance and the sign frame fell apart. It broke due to rust and it was lucky it only fell partway and we were able to take it down before it injured someone. Ramsay now claims the terms of our contract changed and they are not responsible for the repairs. We did not change our contract nor did they tell us their business practices changed. It's despicable and disgusting that they would treat a customer who has been there longer than most of their employees this way. Lucky for you my boss is elderly and avoids conflict.if it was me, I would sue you for breach of contract. SHAME ON YOU!

I have rented signs from this company and felt their contract is a little harsh. The quality of the product is good. The service is good. The reason for the 3 stars is the price and their policies in regards to contract issues. They have an "Auto Renewal" that can be negotiated, but they do not tell you that. I was a lucky one who did go month to month after my 3 year contract was fulfilled. I would read the small print very carefully and make sure to mark you calender at least 60 prior to fulfillment in order to negotiate a better deal. It can be done.
