I needed a graphic design company to design, print, and ship a banner for my high school 20th reunion in Philadelphia. Deb at Houston Sign Company not only understood what I wanted, but got to work right away. Within days, my beautifully designed banner was approved, printed, and shipped. I could not have asked for better experience.

Drew did an awesome job working with us on this project. He worked well with our designer to advise and work out the transfer of the correct art format. The sign was completed timely and has been installed by our in house maintenance team and is perfect. Once we open this new venue I'd be happy to share a picture for your files. If I could give this business 10 stars I would! They did such an amazing job at printing our posters just in time for New Year's. They have the best prices around (other signage companies were trying to charge me $200 more than here!) and they have great customer service. We will be coming back!

I needed a custom-sized banner to fit a particular space and needed it pretty quickly (within 3-4 days). I called Houston Sign Company along with a couple of other companies and found the staff at Houston Sign Company to be so friendly and helpful, not to mention the price of the banner was affordable compared to other companies. They just made the entire process so easy and I ended up getting the banner in 3 days. I definitely know who I will call for my printing needs in the future.

Very quick to respond to my changes. I have a 3 letter sign from them that always needs some explaining. So, I ordered a plaque and it needed a little tweaking after the 1st proof (my preference). They were so quick to respond and corrected my change perfectly. Overall it made my experience just the best. I Will use them again and I highly recommend them!

My truck wrap came out flawless! The colors are so vibrant and the images are very clear. I was so impressed we had them wrap our box truck, covered trailer, air boat and bay boat with all the company info for advertising! Best product, thanks Kenny

My wife and I needed a sign completed in a few days for an upcoming event. Jennifer Smith was AWESOME in making sure our sign was done in time for our event. In spite of a logistics error with production Jennifer and the rest of the team at Houston Sign Company corrected the issue and completed our job beautifully and STILL ON TIME. The sign was of EXCELLENT quality.to say we were pleased as a client would be a vast understatement. Things don't always go the way as planned in business but you have to be sure that you end each job on a good note. Keep doing business they way you're doing it as there aren't many businesses and/or employees that possess good customer service qualities these days.

My experience with Houston Signs has been amazing! I can honestly say the employee I have worked with the most is Jennifer, and she has made the order process very easy. As a prior Quality Manager I was very impressed to receive a box with a quality control sticker on it. On opening the package I was further impressed by the detail of sealing the protective sleeve and appreciated that the print tech actually filled out the requested information at the top of my prints. Just wanted to say that the Houston Sign Company did a great job on a small project that I had for them. I did some price shopping and they had the best price in Houston for the job. Their sales and design staff was extremely professional and helpful. They turned the job around in one week. It was a small job, but they gave me the same service that you could expect for a larger company. I am very happy with their work.

We have used the Houston Sign company for all our business needs. They are fast and the price is competitive. Their work is professional and customer service is above and beyond. Since we have established a relationship, we once ran into a snag with our business and needed a rush order, they were vey accommodating and understanding (and they had Super Bowl orders to complete). They even opened on Saturday to allow us to pick up.

Is there an option for zero stars? Incredibly unprofessional. Spend your money where you are appreciated.

If I could I would give them no stars. I received a quote better than another company and Was guaranteed a fast turn around time. Kelsey the representative who I was in contact with guaranteed that they would have the signs for me by the next day before 4:30pm. They could not simple follow the design I had and I had to go through a couple of proofs.

I called to check on my order to see if it was ready for my 4:30pm pick up and Sarah the Manager, whom was not pleasant to speak with told me that she could not find my order and will call me back. I told her I was on my way to pick up the order upon arrival the place was closed. No called was received, I called a dozen time and left a couple of messages and no response. I need the signs today and no I have no signs to place for my real estate listings!

They are awesome. They helped us get multiple banners done last minute and gave us a great price. You're definitely going to get better quality and lower cost doing it here than doing it with other competitors in the Houston area like Kinkos or FastSign. Plus its a small business so they really give you personal attention and can schedule any work you need done to meet a deadline. Ask for Debbie over there, she will hook you up!
