I had originally used this company to manufacture some awnings at my home. So when one got damaged they were the first place I called. The young lady that answers the phone was very nice and friendly and took my info, I told her I was a repeat customer and as requested I sent a pic of the awning that needed to be recovered. I had to resend a couple of times before it went thru and the receptionist acknowledged receiving them and would have an estimate to me shortly.
This was Monday morning. I waited and waited never heard back, so on Tuesday I called back again and she assured me someone would call me back and give me the price, by 4pm nothing so I called again.same story. Wednesday I called back yet again and the receptionist promised a call back with the price.still nothing. At 3pm I called back.again promised it was an over site and I would defiantly be called back soon.
Guess what.no call back. I guess just out of pure morbid curiosity I called back yet again at 15 mins before they closed at 5pm. The estimate had left for the day! I guess he had nothing to do, LOL But the receptionist again promised for sure he would call me Thursday morning. at 2:30 still no call back! Ridiculous. I guess this place just DOES.NOT.CARE!
Even for a repeat customer. I did let her know that I was just going to go with their competitor.that being US canvas & Awning Co, great customer service BTW. Sad that a business runs away customers like they did me. Lastly I would like to say again that their receptionist was very nice and always polite on the phone, she did the best she could. For some reason I got the impression that she has to do that alot! LOL

Unprofessional and rude. Andrea Sortomme was my "project coordinator". She never answered the phone when I called and would not return voicemails. Her email responses were infrequent with questions still unanswered. This went on for two months. (Yes, I should have ditched them earlier.) After my last voicemail going unanswered and questions in my email not addressed, I informed her I was not going to work with her company due to her lack of communication. Ahhh - finally a phone call from her.
She immediately launched into excuses (there was a long email thread to prove my point) and would not let me speak. I couldn't even get a word in to tell her I was going to hang up. Obviously the call was to try to make herself feel better rather than repair the relationship. Wow. I wasn't going to write a review until I got that call.
