Caliber is celebrating 11 years in Midtown! We have had the most amazing experience with Julies Sign Shoppe over these 11 years. Using our branding the Sign Chicks have beautifully delivered every type of signage for our company. Our street sign is visible and bright. Moniker above the door makes an awesome statement! Window Decals! and our photo wall! Cannot thank this company enough for the ideas, inspiration that represent the Caliber Brand.

Coming back to edit my original review: My first experience was amazing, they were responsive, helpful, informative and looked like they produced quality work. Then they took our payment. After that, radio silence. We were told it would take about 5 weeks to complete in Mid-November. They didn't install the sign until closer to February. Then, the second piece of signage was delayed by months with very little communication and when they did communicate it was usually "Oh I will have an answer tomorrow" then we would never hear anything back.

In the end we told them just not to bother with the other sign. They were extremely unresponsive and did not deliver on the deadlines discussed. I get when things are a week or two behind, but months and with no communication? That is just unprofessional. Later I found out the person I was working with is no longer there and pretty much checked out of his job.

At the end of the day, the sign looks good and was completed. We did switch to a different vendor who was more responsive and they completed our signage requests in a more timely manor.

Had no choice, had to use Julie's Sign because it was in the rental agreement, which of course they know this so they charge a enormous price and they are slower than slow. It took forever to get a very simple sign which their charge was very expensive.

The people there were very friendly they did signage on my work van and truck. Trevor did a great job. I would highly recommend them for any signage you need. It took a little while but was worth the wait.

I loved the relaxed, yet professional atmosphere. Kris and Trevor got me exactly what I asked for, in almost no time at all! Great local business! I will be a repeat customer for sure!

The very best for our sign needs. We had vehicle decals applied to our new truck. They are really helpful in the design process, making sure you get exactly what you're looking for and they got it done really fast. Overall, a great experience. We will be back when we add new trucks to our fleet.

Horrible customer service. They would not return emails or phone calls. Absolutely would not recommend them under any circumstance.

Please do not waste your time with this company unless you enjoy not having your multiple emails/phone calls returned or not getting your project competed. Our job should have taken "a week" according to one of their employees. 3 months later we finally emailed and told them to cancel our job because it is impossible to get in touch with them and they never showed up for appointments they scheduled with us.

Even after sending the email telling them to cancel, we still never got a response from them! CRAZY! After talking to others, we quickly realized this was the usual for them. Instead, we had Signs By Tomorrow come out and they were fast and did amazing work!

Julie's Sign Shoppe is the best sign shop in town. They design and build signs that get noticed. Everyone that works there is not only good at what they do, but so helpful and friendly.

I've never dealt with Julie's but I do recognize the designers work on her main logo. The FIVE STARS goes to the designer of the logo, fantastic job! Looks amazing! Hope your boss cherishes all the work you do!

I do not recommend doing business with this place. They told us that our menus would be done in a week and all they had to do was FIX them and it has been almost a month and we still haven't received them. They aren't returning our calls or emails. We have emailed multiple times a week if not everyday now. We call every week asking when they will be done and no one calls back or our calls are sent directly to voicemail. They are awful at communicating and don't know customer service! Take your business somewhere else. We will never go back to them! 1 star is being generous.

Terrible customer service! I emailed them 3 times and called 3 times asking for the lady who was supposedly working on my project and left a message with them. They stated she was on the other line and would return my call. Never got a call back, called 2 more times and still never bothered to call back. I would not recommend doing business with them.

Julie's Sign Shoppe did an excellent job for signage for my new offices in downtown Reno NV. They were quick, professional and efficient. And they only charged me $127.75 for everything they did. I highly recommend Julie's Sign Shoppe for all your signage needs!

Had a job that required installation, since my company is in Vegas I reached out to Julie's sign shoppe. They really went above and beyond to help us, after initial installation we realized a piece was missing from our sticker. I reached out again and they said they would take care of it, not only that, they did it very fast even tho they were super busy. If I could give them 20 stars I would!

My experience with Julie's was no fuss. After just couple of phone calls/emails the signs were delivered/installed with no interruptions quickly and well; their staff were familiar with the sign posts I was trying to fill and I didn't even have to take measurements. I recommend them!

I have mixed feelings about this place. While everyone is nice, getting my signs done took forever. Missed deadlines. Constant excuses. In the end, only 1 of 2 signs turned out the way it was supposed to. After delays and repeated corrections (like design not matching signed proof). I gave up and just settle with what I got. My business is doing good so I'm not going to stress over the visibility of my side sign.

The great thing about Julie's is that they are affordable compared to another company that I won't mention that wants an arm and a leg and won't listen to your ideas. They try really hard to get it right and if you have the patience, they're great. I just got tired of driving down to their office to set things right.

If you want the best, Julie's Sign Shop is it. Honest, amazing, understanding and most of all, listens to your needs. You guys know how to do it.

I had a sign reface project that the boss wanted more vendors to bid on. With a couple of calls, I was referred to Julie's Sign Shop. Maryann did a presite inspection of the project, took home my crazy design and responded that day with a great price. On removal day, her team came in on time and ready to bust it. Because of construction, we gave them some challenges that we felt were difficult to overcome, but they did easily. A few days later, our new face was up and dazzling out customers.
