I have been designing and painting signs and assorted other commercial and fine art in the Reno area for over 30 years. Starting in 1977 I spent three years of apprenticeship under some of the top sign painters and pictorial artists in the country at Donrey Outdoor Advertising and Nibert Signs, both former companies in Reno.

I specialize in original hand painted signs and graphics. For generic signage, banners, glass doors, etc., computer cut vinyl may be a good solution for you. I have the latest machines for this and can usually match or beat any price quote you may have. Often vinyl letters combined with hand painting will produce a unique sign for a good price.

A note on vinyl signage: No vinyl will match the long life and unique look of a painted sign or graphic. Some of my painted signs still look good after 20 years or more. Depending on how long you need the work to last, you may want to consider the small difference in cost of fine hand lettering / Art work.
