When I came into the store, the young lady obviously didn't want to help. I asked questions about bulk promotions on T-Shirts for my company's employees. She was very sarcastic with her answers. So, I left out shaking my head. I would never spend money where I am stereotyped as soon as I walked through the door. I called back to talk with the. manager.

The manager/business owner tried to down play my issue that day. I was trying to get the business to see the bigger picture in this situation. This was an opportunity to make some adjustments to the overall experience. But, the business owner totally missed the opportunity.

I went there to have to name tags made. I ask that they would be rushed delivery and made within 3 days. They promised me that it will be done and also charge me for rush delivery. The badges were not complete until 4 days later. I was not notified that they were gonna be late. This actually pushed my project behind. The quality is good but the timeliness needs work.

I highly recommend DeSigns Inc. They just completed a full body wrap on my 2020 Mustang GT and did an EXCELLENT job! Their service and attention to detail is 2nd to none! The entire staff was very friendly and professional. From the very beginning they clearly explained every step of the process and even the areas that would be challenging to wrap (primarily the front bumper design). The final product far exceeded my expectations!

Third time we've ordered from DeSigns, Michelle was very friendly, easy to work with. It had been over 2 years since we last ordered, but she was able to pull up our design and was ready the day after is processed!! Earlier than expected...

They are THE BEST! They worked with our school to quickly produce incredible, well designed banners.

Good work and fair price, however communication and customer service were not great. Had a 9:30 apt to get a logo and telephone number put on truck door. Didn't leave until after 11:30. Would have been fine if I had known before or even once I got there how long it would take. Sales member primarily responded via email which dragged the preliminary stages out over a few days.

After job was done a worker left another customer's key in my truck. The actual employee, not management, called and asked me to bring the key back. Later he thought better and called saying he would come get it.
