Asked them for pricing for a monumental sign for our organization and they came out to look and then told us they'd get us a price the next week. Never heard from them again and they won't return phone calls.

I sent them a logo 3 weeks ago and have called 3 times, to which they tell me everytime that I'll be getting a quote soon. I guess they are just so busy they don't need any more clients? Don't make this place your first stop when looking for a sign, unless you have a month to waste.
