A Good Sign

I am so impressed by the professionalism and excellent work of a Good sign. The owner and all the workers I had to deal with are extremely helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. They made the sign quickly and exactly the way I wanted. Exceptional job and quality.

This sign company is the WORST company ever! Never on time with deadlines, and your project will get passed around between multiple PMs. The only thing they guarantee is your project will be late. Cheapest company ever, true penny pinchers and they have zero customer service. There's a reason why they're cheap people. Don't use them. I would strongly NOT recommend this company.

I purchased five parking signs on poles and three that are mounted to the cement wall. I was very happy with the speed of which my design was completed and the professional manner of the entire transaction. The installation was done very well and they are also able to provide concrete curb blocks so that cars don't run into the poles.

Very rude. Do not use! Hung up on me and I called back then he yelled at me for not introducing myself. He said he wasn't going to do business with someone who didn't say who they were. Excuse me I am the customer and that is no way to treat one. Very unprofessional.

Definitely not a top signage contractor. Does not return phone calls, never commits to delivery dates, and when they do they don't follow through. Should be called A Bad Sign. Only giving one star because 0 stars was not an option.

I have so many frustrations with this company, I have tried to use them several times and keep getting the same result. They took an entire year to process an order from start to finish. When I tried to use them again and expressed the difficulty we had in the past and hoped it would not happen again the owner Richard stated "lets not focus on the past, I cant do anything about it we need to move on".no apology, I agree with a previous poster that when asked about non-responsivness and lack of follow through the owner blames other employees and wont return calls.

The final straw was when I called yet again to find out the status of some paperwork I was directed to a new employee and asked to resend all of our information because my other contact moved to another department. Just awful.

I had a pylon sign manufactured and installed here. The owner was super friendly and knowledgeable about his product. Their design team designed and engineering the sign for approval with the city. They were aware of all city codes and regulations. They took care of dig alert and got the sign inspected. This all only took 2 months from conception to complete. If you want a good job done with a fair price these are your guys.

The worst sign company I have ever worked with. The owner is rude and clueless. Took four attempts and still screwed up the project. And then starts blaming his employees and sub contractors. DEFINITELY STAY AWAY!
