I recently came to RESS Signs for the first time. I spoke with Shawn and was instantly impressed. She was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, caring, thoughtful, and considerate. She knew all the sign rules for the local communities. She went out of her way to be helpful in every possible way. Within 20 minutes of speaking with Shawn she had absolutely made my day.

I've only had great experiences here and question how anyone could say otherwise. They do a great job and work has always been done on time, if not early. They do top quality work, know all the local regulations, and Shawn is great conversation. Highly recommend.

This place was okay. I didn't buy anything because it was very expensive. It has a very bad location. It never has customers, and their are always reserved parking spots. Always people walking around a small private owned workshop nearby. Very loud noices because of the workshop.

I was insulted by a white old lady when I was here looking some open house signs. She yelled at me: " you leave the store now"! Because I didn't agree with her to buy the sign. First of all, she didnt have enough signs with that color what I was looking for. Second, even i tried to wrote a tini dot for testing to see if it is erasable, it worked! by using wet tissue, so the sign didn't leave any stain at all!

Why should I must buy it? Anyway I was going to buy red color instead, but she didn't wait for me or ask me any other choices, instead she talked to me rudely:" that is not the point, even you didnt leave stain on the sign, you still need to buy becasue I told you that you have to buy if you try something on it!". If I left stain on it, yes, no problem!

But it is totally not! Isn't she ridiculous? Or she see me is an asian and with accent English, so take advantage of me or discrimination? I never do any bad reviews to any business, because I don't want to hurt any business, I understand as business you can not satisfied everyone, I am the person if i like then I go back, if I don't, then I don't go back, but this time, this old lady made me have to come here to tell people about my insulting experience! If you were me? How would you feel?

They are simply the best all around! Service, prices, turn around time. I'm very picky and indecisive and want my work to look perfect and professional and that's exactly what I got from them. Don't go anywhere else plus OC agents! They are local! Thank you RESS!
