For over 25 years we have been working with vinyl graphics in one way or another to create our signs. Vinyl is extremely versatile. It can be painted, printed, cut, stretched, and heated. Vinyl is produced in various forms, thickness, and quality. From banners, to vehicle decals, to directional signs almost every product we produce involves vinyl graphics in some way.

STG Signs & Graphics has been in business in Orange since 1990. A lot has changed in the sign and banner business since we started but we have always maintained a focus as problem solvers.

Vinyl Lettering Report

Custom vinyl lettering comes on a coated release liner and is held in place for installation with "application" tape. Application tape allows you to see the cut graphics. Die-cut vinyl lettering can range in size from 3/8" to 48". We have several standard vinyl colors to choose from. We have 2 levels of vinyl to choose from.

Vehicle Graphics Report

In our 30 years in business we have fabricated and installed over 1,000 vehicle graphics packages. All of the graphics have been vinyl of some sort. The vinyl is either cut from a stock color or printed onto vinyl sheeting. Printed vinyl vehicle graphics receive a clear over-laminate. Vinyl graphics are the standard in modern commercial vehicle marking.

Templates and Design Guidelines Report

We have design templates for our most popular sizes of signs, banners, and decal sizes available for download in a.pdf format. The templates insure proportional sizing in the design process. They also indicate the appropriate amount of bleed on the design.

Design Service Report

Basic layout service is included in the online listed pricing. Basic layout includes downloading supplied art files, laying out sign copy (wording), placing logo or images, and choosing a color scheme. If you are submitting print ready artwork we will print without adjustment. A proof is provided for review prior to fabrication.
