HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! They seem to be buddy-buddy with a long standing customer but if you're a new customer, just take your business somewhere else. They will need to check everything, your resale license, need to call the company, everything. Afterwards, they took a long time to check on your item. After they finally locate the item, you paid and then you have to go around their building and went to their warehouse to get the item.
I think buying a prescribe medication without a prescription at a pharmacy is easier than doing business with them lol. It's just a vinyl for god sake. For one roll of vinyl, I have to wait for almost an hour!

HORRIBLE customer service. Not only did I have to chase these people for a week to get responses and delivery on what I ordered, but they gave us the wrong product, and caused our job to be derailed and late- and they still have not refunded us for the product that we didn't want, nor provided a receipt when I asked for one. I've called and emailed multiple times a day for over a week. If I could give zero stars I would.

I really do not recommend it terrible service, the woman who charges is always with a bad attitude. She is not willing to help in the client's need, you ask her about an item and she tells you that she does not know anything that this is not her job, that she is only to get paid and that she cannot do anything to help you on other occasions she answers me the phone because the service is very slow even when making a pre-order and she only hangs up arguing that there are no people who attend your order that she only charges and cannot help you to follow up on some other occasion she even put me on hold and he left me there for more than half an hour after I hung up, I called again three more times and he commented that he would send an e-mail but that it took more than 45 min to be answered because there are no people who can attend him.
The problem is not the store, it is the woman who works for the store, she is actually very lazy and does not want to do anything to provide customer service, she is always with a terrible face and attitude and is very rude, people like that should not work for this company Since it gives a bad image and they lose clients because of this type of people who have there working, I say in reality I wonder if there is no one who supervises the work and performance of their employees and is in charge of seeing if they are doing their work and providing a service of quality? I'm sorry but that's how companies go bankrupt, not because of the company, it's because of the employees who want to earn without doing anything from there on out, everything is fine, I find what I need but I will not be willing to waste my time with this woman.

This review is based on my interaction with Zuleyka, I have called in about 4 orders and she always goes above and beyond with her service, She has even taken orders after closing time! Has sent me pictures of requested materials, etc. Now on the other hand on other occasions some others employees have not been as helpful but is ok, NOW i know who to ask for!

Man I've held this in for a long time but this is it! I've had enough of this damn company. How they've been in business this long is beyond me. They have so much to offer and make it almost impossible for you to have a good experience acquiring there services. it's a joke! Poor customer service, people laughing while you are talking to them, rudely answering the phone like they hate there lives. there website is freaking stupid!
For 3 years now I've told them it doesn;t let me log in and it we have the same convo every time! OK we'll look into that. Nothing ever happens I just call in my order. But then I have to deal with the unpleasant people there and I just had it with them. I've been using sign-mart for over 10 years! This is it, I will never use them again until they are under new ownership or management. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY! Use Denco, they have been a lot more accommodating then anyway else I've ever used.

So it gets worse, stopped by this place last week to look around since I was in the area. When I arrived, I saw my customers TOW TRUCK in the parking lot. I then found MY CUSTOMER picking up coroplast towing signs, for his own personal use, as he is a towing company, not a sign reseller. He just picked up 100 signs for less than $140. Same price I would pay from this wholesaler.

I've been selling signs for more than 16 years and I've called on Sign Mart for assistance too many times to count. I think they're terrific and given the volume of work they churn out in a day, their customer service is remarkable. Brian has been a regular source of help over the years and I consider him one of the most professional customer service people I've ever dealt with.
This isn't brain surgery, but sometimes you really need to count on people doing what they say they're going to do, when they say they're going to do it. I give Sign Mart high marks all across the board.

We have been doing business with Sign Mart for many many moons. It is not open to the public though. You need to have your resale license for shirts/signs in order to purchase materials. My husband is big in the airbrushing scene and does graphic design/shirts/signs on the side on top of his normal job. This is one of the better suppliers for vinyl.
The inventory here supplys the designer with practically everything they need to customize their own designs. Prices are reasonable. Service here has always been good for us. He calls ahead, places an order then sends me to pick it up by 5:00pm. I have always been greeted with a smile. But then again I approach them with all smiles.

I've been doing a lot of work with Sign Mart over the past five years or so and my go to guy has always been Tom Daub. He's the best! He can handle any job you throw his way and he is a great asset to that company! I can't thank him enough for all the help over the years and I hope they take care of him! He deserves it!

Well, I've been doing business with Sign Mart for 15 years. All the negative and positive reviews are accurate. Its a one-stop shop for wholesale sign companies that knows what you're doing. Tom, William, and Pauline are my go-to people. The staff says high to me as I walk in. Pauline proofs my files and I've screwed them up many times.
Sometimes so bad I have to pay them to clean it up. Outline fonts, insert links and how to outline complicated drawings, for clipping paths. She has trained me on over the years. I've inspected around what about returning phone calls. Sometimes Tom has 80 calls to return in one day. Choose, write up orders or return phone calls. Over the years I've seen efforts to improve. Heres the bottom line, once I've reached my people they are professional and helpful.
I tell my customers the nearest week, once I am on the production line. Tom usually pretty good giving me a heads up on delivery. The place is huge and does a lot of work. Gene told me shit happens every day and he will make it right. They're not perfect and if you think every job should be. your setting yourself up to be disappointed.

Since Sign-Mart's web site asked to review their yelp so I thought I would. Their inventory is huge and the pricing is very competitive, but personally I'm at the stage where if can get it somewhere else for a close price I'll go there. If you want to work with a vendor you can't trust to pick up the phone, return your calls, emails, voice messages, then Sign-Mart is the company for you! - particularly an employee named Arnold. If you every pay them a visit in person, be prepared to stand at the counter for awhile.

Just spoke with them on the phone. It was the most unpleasant experience ever! Yes, we are a reseller. Yes, we were planning on giving them hundreds of poster lamination jobs each month. The guy I spoke with treated me like a criminal or a competitor who is trying to spy on them (which I am neither.) Oh well, their loss. I am surprised this place is still in business.

Lots of stuff for vinyl plotters here. so long as you have a reseller's permit for signmaking. Any old retail reseller's permit won't do. Really bummed me out. I thought I had finally found a local vinyl supply shop so I won't have to order online. I try to support local business when I can. I picked up some vinyl, including some sweet carbon fiber-looking vinyl.
I was just about ready to check out. I was asked if I had an account with them. I told them no. She then said it wouldn't be a problem, I can sign up when I check out, and then she asked me for my reseller's permit. I told her I don't run a sign shop, but I do run a retail shop. No go. tl;dr: Don't shop here if you don't already run a sign shop.
