Window Graphics Sign

This was my first time working with a professional graphics sign specialist. My landlord had ordered me a door sign for my office but there was an error on the sign due to my landlord and my miscommunication. The door sign they made was behind gorgeous and the perfect fit for my professional office. It was a wood sign that had engraved letters carved on it.

A beautiful piece of art that is worth every penny, so I felt extra devastated as I know it was a very expensive sign to remake. I called and talked to the front office staff who was really nice and understanding. She talked to the two managers at Window Graphics and they were super accommodating and friendly and reassured me that they will help me to fix the sign.

I read about their amazing customer service online and I totally understand why customers love them as they really care about their customers and would go the extra mile to help the customers to get the sign they need. I am very thankful for their help and I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs their signs made.

Really great product and customer service. Window Graphics was timely and professional through the process of helping me choose a design, sending me an estimate, and installing the signage. Excellent service and production value. They've gone out of their way to find the right sign solution to meet my need while staying in budget when many online companies didn't even get close. Always timely and even went the extra mile to ship something last minute for me. Our latest project was a big hit at the trade show - a custom sized tower with TV mounts on two sides and easy access graphic panels that allowed for internal storage.

Window Graphics did a great job with our logo halo signage installed in our lobby. We requested for an earlier installation date and they were able to do it! Everything was perfect!
