So slow. feels like they don't care about small qty printing. Moved to other store. [Update] against whatever you like this was my feeling. You walled away in mid of our conversation and left me standing there for 20~30min waiting for you on other's call. You were constantly pushing me to your subcontractors because my qty is small. I spent over an hour there asking how to update my file to meet your printing standards, no result; I asked for quotation, no result. Maybe you responded email promptly, but definitely not your service.

I ordered 2 giant iPhone cut outs - like 70" tall giant! - and I couldn't have been happier with how they turned out! I first contacted Michael via email and he was very quick to respond to my initial questions. He even invited me to the shop to check the different materials he had so we could determine the best choice for my order. He recommended a stronger foam material called GatorBoard and it is super light and durable - perfect for my purpose of taking the iPhones to a bridal faire as a prop for people to get crazy and have fun with!

The iPhones were printed and ready to go within 48 hours of sending the files to Michael. He would even be responding to emails at midnight! Talk about customer service!!! I'll be using him for all my future printing needs! I would absolutely recommend Michael and Dynamic Signs to anyone looking for awesome customer service, great quality, and crazy fast turn around!

I'm very happy to say Michael has been doing all our signs and graphics for years now. Michael is ALWAYS available.. Doesn't matter what time it is. The turnaround time and the quality of his work is impeccable. I don't have anything negative to say about Dynamic Signs & Graphics.
