What an absolute joke of a company. STAY AWAY! I hired Sign City to replace lights in my sign and was charged half the money upfront after they provided a written quote. Nearly two weeks later I called them to find out what the status was and I was informed by the receptionist that they weren't going to do the job.? She had no reason and I have not received a refund of the deposit paid in good faith? TOTAL SCAM, BUYER BEWARE!

I opened a new office on Tiki Island and needed various types & sizes of signs: from a large sign overlooking I-45 to smaller door signs. Mary at Sign City was very helpful assisting me from start to finish; she showed me numerous samples for my approval, set up the signage installation and once the job was completed she followed up with me to make sure I was completely satisfied. I was 100% satisfied and will recommend Sign City to others.

Called and asked for a quote a was treated like they could care less, and then when we they did make an appointment the "Tech" missed it, and rescheduled and then showed up when i wasn't there. I got the quote to fix my sign which had dual charges on it for the work they already did, and when I sent two emails to ask for an explanation they both went unanswered. Plenty of other sign companies that would like to have my $ for my building sign, banners, vehicle wraps, and more!

Excellent service! Quick and efficient! Beju was a joy to work with and was able to email me quotes, how the sign would look and even had the sign installed so quickly that I was pleasantly surprised! They sent me photos of the signs once they installed it! THANK YOU! I will definitely be a repeat customer!

The sign is still doing fine since 2017. So here goes the 5 stars. Hope you guys are doing well.

First time using them was great experience and they did do a good job. Second time around. not so much. I was really surprised by their lack of communication. After waiting 2 weeks and chasing them, Gary tells me sign permit was submitted to city already. Well. I found out I was waiting 2 weeks for nothing because the city never received a permit in the first place. There are many sign shops in the area. I suggest calling a few different shops, there are some that would be more than happy to have your business.

I'm quite late on this review as I had my business done here last year. Not sure what happened since then but my sign was done really quickly, like 2 weeks before I even needed it and they were willing to hold it for me until I had my shop ready for installation. Even the installation was done fast too; The only things I would agree to other reviews here is the lack of communication and follow up.

The installation took place without me even knowing since I was not contacted by anyone. But everything was done properly eventually. I also bought the Grand Opening/Coming Soon from this location and was given free installation and removal. Then I came back and bought 2 menu boards from them along with a little custom work which I got them all perfect without any problems.

They helped me very thoroughly throughout all the consultation for picking colors, designs, materials, permits, etc. Not sure what has been going on but they did a great job on the products that I had purchased and up to this point, I'd still go back to them if I need related products. And to the viewers who's reading all the reviews, the bad ones always show up on reviews since the good ones often just didn't put in the effort to write one for many reasons. like I didn't because I was too busy with my own business. And because of that, it's unfair for all the other times this business had done well. So here I am, paying my owed feedback from 2017.

Sign City was very slow with getting my sign installed. The whole process took several months. Mike was almost impossible to get a hold of. He ended up taking forever to even get around to submitting my permit. Overall my sign looks good and I'm happy. It just took too long. I recommend using someone else if you're in a rush.
