I worked with Ed over a year ago on our sign project. We had to start from scratch and come up with a permit for pole, electric and sign. They came through with an excellent design and eventually delivered a very nice finished product. The service after the sale is also good because with and L.E.D. sign there is some software maintenance needed and Ed has been great.

Sign of the Times Is horrible. My company spent over $52,000.00 with Sign of the Times and they were never able to have my LED sign working over the course of 2 years. I had to hire a different company to make it work properly. Additionally, the owner of Sign of the Times, Ed McNair, was unresponsive and failed to return our phone calls on numerous occasions.

He blamed the sign not working because of an electrical surge, but the other company found no proof of a surge. He wanted to charge me even more money to make the sign work. Run, don't walk, away from this guy.
