M & M Canvas & Awning

We've used M&M Awning for our various commercial locations over the years. Installation is always prompt, professional and clean. The awnings themselves are beautiful and durable. We recently had them replace the awning at our corporate offices purchased from them almost a decade ago not because there was anything wrong with the Awning but because we were updating our logo and colors. Highly recommend them!

Called M&M awning to install a year round awning over our rear patio deck.they were prompt about coming to take measurements.and had our awning built and installed in 2 weeks.workers were very professional.property after install was clean and neat Just as it was when they arrived.

So worth paying what is overall not a lot more than buying a ready made awning then having to figure out the install. I have custom awnings that are highest quality with a professional install. My wife and I attempted to buy a retractable awning from another well publicized and known company. When that was an unsatisfactory experience we looked elsewhere. We came across mm awnings using a Google search and our previous experience proved to be a blessing in disguise. We ended up with a better product built exactly how we wanted, impeccable service, locally built and serviced for about the same price as that "other company".

We were tight on time and they even had a sales rep stay late to get us all set up. They sent a knowledgeable rep out the same day, and by the afternoon I had a detailed quote. After we settled on color and material the awning was built and installed in less than a week. Jason was the representative that came to our house to give us the estimate for installing an automatic roll up awning. He was very professional and even helped us with choosing the fabric and color that would look best with our deck and siding colors. He gave us an approximate date when the awning would be ready to install and it was delivered and installed within a few days of that date.

The two gentlemen who came to install it (I believe their names were Bob and David), were just as professional as Jason and very personable as well. They finished the job within the time frame they initially gave us and were very thorough in their clean up. My wife and I could have been more pleased with the result. Kudos to the company and their employees!

I shopped around and wasn't happy with anyone I spoke with. When I saw the M$M ad on facebook, I made an appointment. Professional, knowledgeable and friendly -- all the way! Michael Jr. met me at a time most convenient for me. The showroom is very impressive and I made the purchase after seeing the rendering. Michael jr. has a great eye for assisting with colors and patterns. I wasn't even home for the install and it was amazing. On-time, very professional and spotless. I had an awning installed a few years ago from a terrible company that never completed the job and nobody could fix it. I went through 4 different companies estimates and the sales people were not friendly nor knowledgeable. I called M&M and Justin the salesman came to my house and what a difference. He was knowledgeable, friendly and listened to what i wanted.

Wanted an awning and researched the usual avenues only to be frustrated until I contacted Donna at M&M Signs. Inquired about residential awnings and was creating the design with Justin on the same day. A week later measured by Mike and installed two days later by Kyle and Chris. No one believed how fast and how gorgeous it looks. I was impressed with there attitude and most of all there timeliness was unbelievable. A fantastic experience and great looking awning.

I was very pleased and happy with the service from M&M Awnings. The customer service and workers were all very nice and thorough with their jobs. First, Mike came to access my awning and then offered different options. He was very detailed. Once the contract was signed, another crew came to remove and install the awning. We love our new awning. We needed a rather large one for our back deck as there was no shade and it got very hot out there. The awning is amazing and the remote control on it is very convenient. I just recently had an awning and sign done for my business by M&M and i want to start out and say the customer service was outstanding! Donna, who I dealt with mostly was so patient and kind it made each decision so easy! They were able to use my logo and artwork without a hiccup! Now to the sign. GORGEOUS. I cannot say it enough everything came out amazing and in a impeccable time period! They had it done in just under two weeks! I would definitely recommend this company over and over again!
