Our business was re-branding the signs for a practice in our building. The order was placed and when we emailed to ask about a timeline, we were ignored. I emailed/called Walter and Jake, to only be ignored over and over. When Diversified Signs showed to deliver the signs: One sign was placed on a random office - (patients could not find the correct office for appointments) and the monument sign by the roadway was printed so small it couldn't be read. I sent an email to the owner of the company, again ignored. The signs were corrected...no apologies for all the time, inconvenience, or lack of communication - Communication goes a long way to customers who like to know they are valued. This will be the last time our company will use Diversified Signs

I know a lot of guys who are working here and who have in the past, and I just want to say that most are under paid significantly. I am mostly speaking for sign installers, if any of them worked in Charlotte or Greenville they would make $35+ an hour easily for what they do. They work out in the heat, standing on extention ladders most of the time in dangerous situations and do not get compensation for what they do. Men I know that have worked here for 9+ years still do not make over $20 an hour and have the same job as when they started. There is no opportunity to move up in this company for installers and I think that is a disservice when they are out of town, away from their kids and get paid about the same as McDonald workers for a hard strenuous job that requires a lot of skills of wiring and etc. Most installers quit after a week here. There is no insurance for these men so their families are constantly burderned with their children every time they get sick and can't even afford to take their kids to the doctors offices so they suffer with kids who need medical attention and cannot afford it. I know this for a fact. 100% true. I know how much these men suffer at this company installing and giving years of their lives for a company that could clearly care less. I feel very bad for all of them. They are wonderful guys who would give the shirt off their back for anyone in need even when they have nothing to give. I admire their dedication to a company that doesn't appreciate theirs because anyone could have a cake work job and make more and have insurance and overall see a more successful life, a life impossible to achieve at this company. If you buy a sign from here tip your installer they're barely surviving.

Unpleasant experience. Limited fabrication and they outsourced most of their work so they're just tacking on a finder's fee. Fairly un-creative design. Many of the local sign shops use them to fabricate things because they're cheap but just as they are cheap they do not stand the test of time and are often of shoddy quality designed to make you have to buy another sign every few months. If you're looking for cheap this is the place to go. With so many better options out there why would you use this podunk operation.
