Heritage was quick, easy to work with and super efficient. As a busy event planner, I don't have time to walk a printer through files and my event needs. I was able to quickly submit an online questionnaire for a quote, and received a timely and accurate response back. The Heritage team was clear and communicative about their deadlines and needs, and were great at following up when needed.
I felt like my small order was a big priority for them and they were very responsive to my needs about a specific delivery window to my event venue. I appreciated their time, care and detail, and look forward to working with them next time I'm in the DC area.

I am so grateful and happy to have found Heritage Printing. They are the best. If you have found them already, look no further. They are professional, they have up-to-date graphic equipment and they are personable. Dean, the representative took the time to explain their services to me, a first time self-published author. And believe me, I had a lot to learn.

We have worked with James Zambrano and Heritage on various art projects from large installations to magazines. They are professional with great customer service. When they say they'll do a job, they are willing to work with you and keep in touch. James is always insightful and thoughtful and Heritage's productions are always excellent. We recently did a large window installation with them on UNCC campus and it came out beautifully.

James Zambrano was awesome! They literally turned around a immediate need in hours when asked. Their competitors couldn't even email me back but these guys and especially James delivered it to us, arrived earlier than promised, and fantastic quality! It's hard to find an organization that knows customer service and these guys get it! James was awesome, product was awesome, and over delivered with flawless execution!

How refreshing! I have used another company to handle our printing needs for my small business for years and tolerated the customer service until I was faced with a non-typical sign application. I needed banners for a delivery trailer that were removable. Sound easy enough, well it was for Heritage. I must say that I have a pet peeve. We as a company starting with myself have a can do attitude and understand that customers will pay us well to stretch the boundaries of possibility.
To me that's the American spirit exposed. I'm comforted to know that both Kevin/Jerry share that same philosophy. I shared my so called challenge. They quickly found a solution. As a small business owner my time is extremely valuable and I only wish I could turn back the hands of time. Heritage/Kevin/Jerry would have saved me an incredible amount of time that I could have used to focus on my customers challenges. Thank you again for the great service. Patrick Tierney Denver NC.

Dominique helped me with multiple projects for a trade show and had some excellent and refreshing ideas to help me make my booth stand out. The folks over at Heritage Printing are top notch all the way from the customer service to the product they create for the customer. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for help in creating sign or graphic ideas. From the time I began speaking with Lamar at the Charlotte office to the day we had a six foot lobby sign on the wall was less than a week. The sign could not look better!

Heritage Priniting Graphics is a jewel! A team of professionls (in the true sense of the word) that are sincere in their work and care for your project. My emergency became their emergency, as they handled it as such. We need many more companies like them! Servicing their customer and doing an excellent job is priority. It shows every step of the way - from the moment your call is answered to completion of your project.
