Belinda is a 10! This seriously is the best sign and marketing print house on the planet! Belinda answers the phone no matter the time of day or the day of the week. She gets everything done faster than she says she can get it done. AND she actually cares! She is vested in your business just as you are and she really wants to make sure that she does a great job. She's unbelievably sweet and we love her dearly! Print all of your signs with Belinda or you will regret it. Oh did I mention her prices cannot be beat!

I am a professional designer and have worked with dozens of online signage and print companies over the years. I have used the Sign Chef in the past but have noticed a steady decline in service and quality over the past few years. Now, I highly recommend avoiding them completely. I submitted a very small (in both quantity and size) and straightforward signage print project over 2 weeks ago.

One week after I submitted the job I received a phone call from my account rep named Crystal asking what the finish was. I found it odd as that was specified in the original job order. A second week passes by and I realized that I never received any kind of proof. I logged into my account and saw that my job was listed as "Needed clarifying" I immediately contacted them via chat.

That was a total waste of time as they couldn't do anything and told me that would pass my info on to Crystal. I waited another day and having not hear from her, I called the shop directly. Crystal wasn't available but at least someone sent me a proof. They told me Crystal would call and she hasn't. Their listed production time for my type of material is 2 days.

It's been over 2 weeks and I just received a proof because I had to reach out and contact THEM! Even worse, the person who answered the phone informed me that my job wouldn't be ready until the 18th which is a full 3 weeks after I submitted it. She said that was the agreed upon date. I never would have agreed upon that date as I could have had it done in half the time at any other online signage company other there.

No apologies, no offer to ship the job faster to try and remedy a blatant oversight error on their part. Unacceptable and unprofessional. Don't waste your time or money with these people who don't care about offering any kind of decent customer service. There's no need to settle for sub par when you have hundreds of other options out there.

I have nothing but great things to say about sign chef and the owner Belinda. She had done multiple vehicle wraps for our company and has gone above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with the look of the vehicles and also has been amazing at meeting our very demanding timeframe needs. In fact the first two trucks we ever had them do i picked them up and realized the placement of certain graphics didn't quite match up with what we have on our other vehicles and even though we had proofed the look on paper Belinda took the time to correct them for us immediately. I highly recommend Sign Chef to anyone looking to get print, signs, or vehicle wraps!

Sign Chef has been amazing to work with. My husband is a real estate agent so we have made many signs over the past year. I love the quality of the signs and the great customer service. Belinda is always very responsive and helps me out when I need a last minute order. The process is easy and she gets things completed in a timely manner. I highly recommend them for any sign making!

Outstanding Job! We had an extremely awkward and heavy job of replacing some heavy acrylic 4' x 4' panels on a former fountain. Larry and his helper did an outstanding job in a rather hostile work environment working in the former pond space still filled with large "river rocks". The panels are hung perfectly and our printed logo was applied flawlessly. I highly recommend Sign Chef. Made us look really good.

Top notch customer service! We had an event in our office and needed our sign done in a rush. We live in California and even though out of state they were the only ones who said they can get it done on time. All sign places in California couldn't guarantee. They kept in touch with me daily and every step of the way. I was super impressed and just as they promised the sign arrived on time and looks STUNNING! Excellent sign making company in Folsom! I just had SignChef do the signage on my carpet cleaning van. I found them by reading some reviews online. Larry and Belinda were awesome to work with. The thing that really sold me was their knowledge of the marketing aspect of making a sign. They knew how big the letters needed to be to be seen from a certain distance, what to put on the sides vs. the back for maximum impact, etc.

They said to keep it simple so people could quickly see what your business is without getting bogged down in too much clutter. The process was easy to go through and they incorporated my feedback and guided me towards a sign that looks good but is also very effective. The results were excellent. The lettering is straight and looks good on the van. I couldn't be happier!

I did extensive research on line and with the other sign shop in town and found Sign Chef to be cheaper by quite a large margin. I figured I would give them a try but was fully expecting to "get what I paid for." To the contrary, the sidewalk sign I purchased was clean, concise, sharp and quality. I already have another job in mind for Sign Chef and I will be back.

I took my work truck in to get decals on the doors and tailgate. The whole process went smoothly and the end result was great! Belinda is great to work with. They do work on the Folsom Police Cars so they must be good. I tried them out in the first place because they had the best price by far. I have my sign/decal/banner shop now. Thanks!
