We have used this company several times and have never been disappointed. They were more than accommodating regarding our time frame and truly listening to what we wanted in order to make sure that we got a quality product as it was logo signage within a professional office. I be using them again very shortly and encourage anyone else needing signage for a business to do the same. The process both times was quick and easy with great results. Thank you Greg!

I highly recommend if you want to walk away disappointed and angry do business with Folsom Sign Company. You will get ripped off and pay top dollar for garbage. I would of gave them 0 stars if that was an option.

Unfortunately the quality is not there. Greg does not make the products in-house, rather, he uses a cheap manufacturer to outsource production and does not guarantee the finished product. I purchased custom signs from Greg that tore within one day. When I contacted him about the tear, he stated "I can't guarantee something I don't make." His only compromise was to offer the same product again at a 25% discount. Greg is only interested in turning a profit, not delivering quality products and building business relationships in the community. Sadly this was a costly mistake, but one I will never make again, and hope I can help other from making with this review.

They will not provide the best; and they did try, but unfortunately thats not the service that I received. They refuse to take the right steps to better their business and it shows. Your money is best spent elsewhere

I own a landscape company in Rancho Cordova and have been using this company for years. We recently had our trailer stolen and asked them to give us a quote to make some new logos. They gave us a quote but we asked them what they included on the logo and they never responded. I called them 3 times with no response. So today I called them and they said they had no one to do the work.

It is their right to refuse business but what bothers us is the fact we called them numerous times with no response. I will not use them again and to tell you the truth the man who answered the phone was quite rude. We were not sure why they responded this way but think there business is not one I would recommend to anyone.

Quick, reliable, and at a fare price. That's what you want in a "sign-guy". We've used (what looks like to be a Father & Son team) for years. Our banners have lasted that long and for a nominal charge they were gracious and accommodating to making changes to our existing banners. I'm confident recommending Signs Now.
