Instant Signs has the knowledge and experience needed to plan, design, produce and install any type of signage needed. I have seen them handle many large projects for the Kentucky Horse Park and produce large-scale graphics & murals for the International Museum of the Horse. I wouldn't recommend anyone else to handle a company signage project.
Instant Signs' knowledge, attention to detail and fantastic staff sets them apart. They work diligently to get permitting accomplished with local municipalities and help coordinate everything with our contractors on site.

This place does not even deserve a one star rating. Came in to get a quote on car wrap order around 500$ to 1000$ was told that some one will call me on the price and what I would need to do and how long it would take to get the stuff. Waited a week and called them I was told that the guy that was gonna call me got sick so I waited another week and called again was told that the person will call me in an hr or so.
Never got a call so finally I went there and there was the person that I spoke to to get the wrap he told me that the person will call me and it's been almost 8 months and nothing. So if u need a sign or something from a sign company do not waist ur time with those ppl. I wish there was a law to close places like that.

Extremely poor customer service. Communication does not exist, which is odd, considering Instant Signs purports to be in the communication business. I placed an order for three signs for my trailer. I was told it would cost approximately $600, then, no communication whatsoever. I attempted to contact the person who took my order multiple times (at least four times) by email and telephone. Stephen never responded to my questions nor to update me on the status of my order.
I cannot imagine a scenario in which I would go 24-hours without responding to one of my own clients. I can only assume that if you are a small fish, as I apparently am, then your business does not matter to Instant Signs. My advice, unless you place a significantly valuable order with this business, you should find another printer in Lexington that will treat every order as if it is important, because Instant Signs on South Broadway clearly does not care about its smaller clients, not even enough to return a phone call. By the way, I eventually chose to take my business elsewhere.
