History of excellence Report

After trying a couple of smaller locations in Lexington, Kentucky, Ruggles Sign moves to a larger location on Manchester Street in Lexington, KY. Ruggles Sign moves to a larger, multi-building location in downtown Lexington off of North Upper Street behind Transylvania University. Ruggles Sign enters the national retail signage market working with Sterling Jewelers.
