Mike Boyd, owner of Signs and Things, does not keep his word. He supplied a sign for my business which faded terribly. Mike met with me and the manager of the shopping center where my business is and assured us that he would replace the sign at no charge. I then tried to reach Mike for several months and he would not take my calls. When I finally got him on the phone he said he wasn't sure that the City of Bonita would allow the change due to new regulations.
The manager of the shopping center called the City and verified that the sign could be replaced without any issues. Mike refuses to live by his word and replace the sign. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND SIGNS AND THINGS! No matter how many years in business, they are not a reputable company.
