I just wanted to say working with Mark Galloway and his team at Lee Designs on the brand new monument signs for our club in Naples was a breeze. Mark was so wonderful to work with through the entire process, and always delivered above and beyond what he said he could. Myself and the entire club membership is very grateful for the job that Mark Galloway and the team at Lee-Designs did on our new monument signs.

Have had nothing but rave reviews since they were installed a little over a week ago. I highly recommend Mark Galloway and Lee Designs if you are ever in the market for a new signs. The entire process from start to finish in working with Mark was an absolute pleasure and Mark made it so simple and painless I could not be more thankful for that.

Our go to Sign Company! They do the job Right and Once. Elisha, Mike and team are always available to be of service. We use them consistently for our clients properties and our clients tell us to use them as well. They advise us on what can be done along with different options and cost, allot of times the job will not happen but they still are there to help.

I have worked with many signage companies, and this one is by far the best I have ever encountered! We had a deadline, and they not only met it, they were a week early! Seamless communication, outstanding customer service, excellent artwork department. I would highly recommend Lee Designs to anyone looking for quality and great customer service!

Weirdest most selfish self-centered people have ever met in my life works there ever seen in my life City unprofessional workplace they are so rude and answer the phones today don't remember what you talked about how to spell the letters right and they used to the worst materials could build your sign said they we have my sign ready in two weeks it took him three months and I pay for it upfront and they still charged me more never recommend them to anybody worst sign shop ever!

Lee Designs made some amazing signs for Grassy Run Ranch. The quality was excellent and our sales contact, Elisha White was very helpful with everything we wanted to accomplish. We will be using them again for sure!

After Irma signs and things of naples did little to assist in fact after nearly 18 months I turned to lee designs and they got it in less than 6 months.all feedback from our patrons has been positive as to design and location and I as the owner of gulfcoast inn, Harold's place, club sushi and Fujiyama steak and seafood am pleased to be associated with lee designs

Some of the lights on our large exterior sign stopped working for who knows how long. After reading a negative review about Lee Designs- that they weren't as customer focused as in the past, so I was apprehensive in calling for service. I'm happy to say that the service was exceptional. They were able to respond faster than estimated and worked abound our schedule. Lee Designs made our sign back in 2015, and they did very nice job. I'm glad to see their service has only improved. Big thanks to Brandon Yontz for going the extra mile.

Stay away unless you want the run-around. We had Lee Designs manufacture and install a very large custom sign for our commercial building back in 2010. After 8 years it's time the sign needs an overhaul with fresh paint and detailing etc. The LED lighting quit several months ago and we call Lee Designs to come out and quote. They took forever to show up until one day a crew arrived and before they even looked at it said it needs a whole new LED lighting system.

We disagreed and said no, all it needs is a new LED driver ($20 part). They continued to disagree but eventually took a look and installed a new LED driver. Surprise, surprise, that WAS the problem and the lights work again. The two crew didn't have much to say now but were quick to mention they weren't trying to rip anyone off by saying it needed a whole new lighting system. Hmmmm.

We asked if we could have an estimate for overhauling the sign exterior and punch out lettering. They said the office would get back with us. Several weeks have gone by and we have chased them a few times. Each time we get promised a call back but that never happens. I just got off the phone with them just now and once again, nobody can seem to help, nobody know anything about anything and the offer of a call back once again.

This time we are finished. We are sick and tired of wasting our time with this company. Like another reviewer has said, they are only interested in the huge $$$ jobs and they don;t return calls. They don't seem to care about their existing customers and their attitude leaves much to be desired. There is no fast and friendly service with this company any more. Great business model, right? Makes you wonder how some of these 5* reviews came about. Hmmmmmm.

We have been very grateful to have Lee Designs over the years help us with two building signage in multiple locations throughout each property. They're done a great job for us and provide exceptional customer service.

Don't waist your time and money with this company, If you are a small & new business they don't even want to talk to you. They tell you they are very busy for 3 months if they see they can't profit too much from the job you need to be done. When you call them you have to deal with ALISHA, she is very rude and unprofessional, she tell you to call someone else.

She NEVER return your calls, you feel like you are begging for their services. So, have other companies out there, less expense, more professional and with better costumer service and they do good job.

Thank you very much for the awesome flagpole and great installation. Kip and the staff involved did a marvelous job. On-time every time, cleanup was perfect, workers were friendly and experienced. Never doubted that the result would be exactly what I wanted.

I really wanted to give this company 5 stars but due to the lack of customer service skills Mr Kip Thomas and their staff has along with the lack of integrity Mr Thomas has they have forced me to give this company 1 star. They told me once my invoice was paid in full they could fix it but until then there was nothing they could do. So I agreed to pay it as long as they fixed it.

So here we are now 4 months later and now that its paid and he didn't tell me in writing. They are now telling me I have to pay to have my sign fixed. SAVE YOUR $$ and save yourself the time and headache of getting quoted and told one thing and end up with another. SHOP AROUND!
