Buyer beware. Yes they will make and install signs but once they do they will send you an invoice with surprise fees. There was a $200 permit acquisition fee in addition to the costs of the permits added to my invoice. Not sure why filing for permits wasn't included in the cost of the original proposal considering they knew they would need permits.
My husband is in the construction industry and has never charged a client to file to get a permit. It's considered a cost of doing business and should be included in the original invoice rather than added later.

Chandler signs is currently working at Children's hospital. I was entering the parking garage behind Chandler Truck #72. Apparently the truck decided to back up in the garage unbeknownst to me, the driver began berating me and yell (cuss words) at me with my child in the car. His behavior and anger was frightening. I'm very concerned that this type of man is allowed to be near children and sick paitents.

I had a very bad experience. They had previously installed our signs and I needed the name changed. I called and the lad I spoke to said she would get back to me in 2-3 days with an estimate and send someone out. No one ever called so I called again and the lady was not helpful at all and transferred me to a voicemail. I will find another company.
