They have very poor Management of their inventory levels/website. Items are constantly out of stock, however, their website still allows you to purchase the item, only to find out weeks later that it's out of stock. Good product, just need a better service and team.

Very poor customer service. They have strung us along on 4 products that we spent roughly $9000 on. They are all less than one year old and have all broke in 2 different ways. Crystal does not return calls or understand our concerns. The quality of what we paid for is very poor. We will no longer be doing business with this company.

San Diego Sign completely took care of me and my last minute custom backdrop order. Ramiro and his team were so incredibly kind, helpful and kept me informed throughout the process. I was able order and pick up on site which made receiving my item even faster! The quality was outstanding and I was so pleased with the process from start to finish. We have been using SD Sign Company for some time now, and I used to recommend them to a lot. The products have been fine up until our last couple orders. We had serious issues with the last 2 - 3 items that negatively affected our largest and most important show of the year, so I contact SD Sign Company for a resolution/reprint the products. The customer service is unacceptable.

It is absolutely terrible.extremely terrible. It has been over three weeks and I am still waiting for a response/resolution. I have followed up multiple times with no avail. The response I received from Rae was that my request was not urgent, so SD Sign Company management has not gotten back to her. Wow. Well now I've put a deadline on it, since we now plan to take the products to two international shows.

And now I do not get any response. I will continue to follow up until this is corrected. We paid a lot of money for subpar products. This is a terrible way to treat customers.

Disappointing service. I ordered a banner from here through my designer. We promptly recieved a great looking product, but the banner was for another company's order. I notified everyone involved right away and expected a quick resolution. As a small business owner, I believe that customer service makes lifetime clients. I was very disappointed in the way that San Diego Sign Company handled this error.

They notified us that they would send a new image for me to manually replace in the hardware. I'm happy to not waste parts of production. However, the inconvenience for me to set it up (and possibility that something may tear) as well as the additional week long wait time for our use feels like it ought to be compensated with a discount or rebate.

If not for me, at least for my designer sending business to this company. It's the thought that counts, and reparation for their error. Instead, they made their error my problem and time to deal with.

Great products, terrible customer service. I've ordered dozens of signs and displays from SD Signs over the years (spending 10's of thousands of dollars) and have always enjoyed their prices and high quality products. Recently, they shipped the wrong banner to a client of mine. They said they would send her the correct printed graphic, but my client would need to disassemble and replace the old one.

I asked them to send us what we ordered, a fully assembled banner in the hardware, and they have refused multiple times telling me they have done what their policy requires. Any business that holds their policy over their customer is not worth working with. They made my choice in them look unprofessional to my client and were rude to me. They have lost all my future business.

Would be a repeat customer had I not spoke with a very condescending sales rep who couldn't wait to get me off the phone and even made fun of our company being from New Hampshire. Absolutely floored someone like him works at this company. We lost faith in this company and will not be doing business with them again.

I have ordered banner stand reprints from these guys multiple times over the last 5 years and every time I am taken aback by the outstanding quality of the prints. I always receive my proofs within 1 day and within a week have my banners. Fantastic experience!

Ordered a few prints from here to hang in my room and they really went the extra mile! I spoke to myles initially who assured me that I was in good hands and that I would be updated. He was so polite and easy to talk to! Then I was passed along through the channels to Jennifer who was responsive, and helped me. She told me my graphic would come out blurry the way I sent it and worked with me to make it come out crystal clear.

She was so sweet! I called in because I lost my tracking number and got John who looked it up and was able to provide details on the eta. Overall everyone was polite, helpful, and knowledgeable! You can tell they love their job because even though I had a million questions they were able to answer them quickly and without hesitation. There was never a hint of annoyance in their voice either, which is rare these days! Thank you all so much! I love my prints!

Courteous, professional, and very attentive to customer expectations are just a few of the words I would use to describe San Diego Sign Company. My organization has used their products and services on several occasions and we've never been disappointed. Rick was a pleasure to work with and met every need we had. Their products are easy to assemble and setup, and the graphics they printed were exactly what we wanted!

Have placed quite a few orders with them and trust me they are cheaper for a reason. Went to place a last minute order for a large quantity of displays. Spoke to 2 employees who assured me that if I had my artwork in by 12p cst there would not be a problem completing them for a Friday overnight ship. After 3 attempts at trying to confirm a shipping price I was then told they would no longer be able to handle the job.

I had to then tell my largest client that I was no longer able to complete the job after confirming that it would not be a problem. On another note watch out for your double sided printing as it is quite a shear print and you can definitely see the other side graphics. Will no longer Be using WS DISPLAY also known as San Diego Sign Company.

Good products, good pricing, DISASTROUS SERVICE. Start off with hours on hold. Then discover that from sales to graphics they use different terms for their products -- one person will refer to the item as a panelized display, and the next one will refer to it as a popup display. When I asked them to clarify, one response was, "well do you know what a panel is?" How about you just call it what your website calls it, so we can all be on the same page?

Then discover that they are out of the material you want. Maybe they will have it next week, but they aren't sure. I have used them for five or six years, new displays every year. Every year I have dreaded calling them, but I stuck with them because they were local and the results were good. The service has gotten bad enough that now I'm looking for somewhere else. too much time, too much energy, too much attitude, too much not giving a damn.

Purchased many displays from this company over 10 years. Purchased the 20ft EZ Tube display last year. First design was made incorrectly. They sent a new replacement. Used this display ONE TIME and the ink bleed through and stained the fabric. SDSIGN promised to replaced but than declined because it was 2 weeks past warranty. No problem we understand.

Sell defective product and do not stand behind poor quality workmanship. Just lost our business. There are too many other companies who sell these types of products for less.

I ordered a product from them despite them not answering the phone when attempting to call multiple times. After ordering I was told to call if I had no received a proof within 5 hours. I never received a proof that night and began trying to call the next morning after 15 hours without a response. Tried calling multiple times over a six hour time frame. Never got an answer. Do not use this company.

This company is very unprofessional and has horrible service. I placed an order on April 7, 2017 it's may 3rd and still I'm yet to receive a medium carrying case I ordered. I was sent a Cover for the carrying case but no carrying case, I called and the man said he would next day ship the item and NOTHING! I missed TWO hair shows with NO banner bc of this very UNPROFESSIONAL company! It's a shame I have to call them back and bug them for something they took money out of my account a month ago.

Yes I understand they made a mistake the first time and only sent one piece, but then after calling and being promised they would fix it and I'm still waiting for weeks! I wouldn't trust them, STAY AWAY!

I contacted this company with the intention of ordering 25-30 displays. What I experienced was absolute terrible customer service. Terrible outsourced design. Nice end product, but that was shadowed by all the other issues I had trying to get it ready. Notice if you hire them they will not share last names on emails and on phone. They also go by SD Signs and or Ace Exhibits.

When I asked to speak to management to share feedback about the lack of professionalism, I was told "I guess we are just not compatible with your business." It was a very rude shutdown to my complaint and made me feel as if they could care less about me and what I had to say. Just look at the reviews and see for yourself. anybody giving a 5 star is clearly associated with the company. All else is 1 star.

This company must not be hurting for business if they can treat their repeat customers so rudely. I'm told we've used this company several times for our trade show graphics in the past, but this is the second time now dealing with this company where they have been extremely rude, dismissive, and inattentive. There are thousands of other companies like this, so I'm not quite sure how they hope to gain and retain customers with such poor customer service. They definitely lost our business.

I like this company's product. And they are affordable. Very nice work. On the downside, every year I order a new backdrop for my photography business and end up arguing for a physical proof. It's counter intuitive to not provide one. The digital proof they provide is not a realistic representation of how the print will look on the final substrate. Overall pretty happy though. Cheers!

At first I was very skeptic about the quality of the display with 1/4 the price of Skyline. Anyway, I gave it a try and put in an order. It turned out to be very good quality display and much better than what I had expected. San Diego Sign did an excellent job with a very affordable price.

We found San Diego Sign Company on Google Search and visited their warehouse right in our own neighborhood in North County San Diego last week. What a nice surprise it was to discover a highly successful Sign Company that specializes in helping businesses around the country with their displays for Trade Shows etc. Rick and Frankie provided excellent Customer Service and even took us into the warehouse for a tour of what they do behind the scenes to create professional looking displays, signs, flags etc. for your business.

I ordered two Orient retractable banners 18 months ago and they came out beautiful with crisp clean graphics. One of the banners was mounted slightly crooked but hardly noticeable. I recently ordered the same set of banners with the same graphics and they came out just as nice and I received it in just five days from the time I placed the order. They're quick and reliable. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

Impeccable Customer Service! I was helped by two members of the SDS team, one graphic designer and one sales executive. Both were incredibly courteous, professional and most importantly, attentive. I must have sent sent 30 emails between the two of them (I was making things more difficult than they needed to be) and I got nothing but solutions and results. I had royally messed up the order and these two team members did everything they could to help me out and correct my errors. San Diego Signs saved the day. Well Done!

Worst customer service I have experienced in a long time, Jennifer Thorne is the general manager over the entire company and.get this. she lives in Oregon and works from her apartment. This company feels this is responsible management. Not only is she completely out of touch with the day to day, but she has only been working in the printing industry for about 1 year. They have failed at simple orders so bad and so consistently and refuses to make any order right it is amazing how they can pay their rent. BEWARE!

These people let banners go out the door that look horrible. I was given a banner for a tradeshow that is un-readable do to the blurriness of the print and the are giving me a hard time about a preprint and wanting to recharge me. I cant believe they would let a banner looking the way mine did, leave their facility with their name attached to such horrible products. DO NOT use this company, go elsewhere if you need something printed.
