Sign Shop Illuminated

This is the first time I used this company saying that, I needed to change a sign from fluorescent lamps to LED lamps there was a few issues that delayed the project. It only took an extra week other than that I was happy, and the staff was very friendly.

DON'T USE THIS SHOP! If you are having your car wrap replaced in the winter go somewhere else. If there are any issues they will blame you for a poor paint job and state "It's not our fault!" They can't warm your car inside since they don't have the room! Had to take them to court to get a settlement. Putting this out there since they state they have never gone to court for any work done. Check out the photo of what they did to my coach! Many other good shops in town - go there!

We get all of our company signage from the Sign Shop. Tom is a great guy to work with and he always responds to our needs quickly. Great pricing and everyone we've encountered has been professional and friendly.

Poor customer service. First appointment scheduled for a new outdoor business sign canceled due to people being out sick. Second appointment a no show. Called and no call back. This company must have too much business to show new customers any respect.

SIGN SHOP, LTD is by far one of the most professional contractors in Colorado Springs. They relocated our community's entry monument signage from one area to another. The entire process - from the moment I walked into their door, provided schematics, scheduled installation and monitored the job - seemed effortless. The installation crew was flexible with scheduling and showed up precisely on-time.

They were courteous, respectful, personable and most importantly professional. All of those things are important! But, I specifically want to mention Tom who has exemplified the highest level of integrity by his actions. It's nice to find people like him and a company such as SIGN SHOP.
