Enchanted Signs has an A+ ratting with the BBB and I have worked with Enchanted Signs for years. Elaine is a wonderful business professional and knows her what she is doing. I know every time I call her she gives me great ideas on the best way to do my project. I have referred my clients to her and every one was very impressed with her work. That is why I will continue to work with Enchanted Signs in the future. Thank You Elaine Sincerely Michael Grebas CEO of the Business Development & Coaching Center

Caution when communicating with Elaine. I ordered two sign riders for real estate directional signs, received only one at a cost of $45! Was quoted to me there are shop minimums, etc. I would not have ordered one sign at that cost. When asked about getting another sign was told it would be $10 off the cost of the first one. $80 for two riders, I don't think so.
Even that was communicated in an off way. I had even spelled my name for clarification and did not receive the emailed proof, again communication. It wasn't until I was called to ask if I received the email that the spelling was corrected. However it was obvious I did not receive the email as she got a return on her side. Why not say that instead of asking if I received it. Again communication is key. Will use another sign company in the future.
