Needed to have a piece of acrylic cut and holes drilled. Disappointed when the first sign came back scratched, more so had indents on them from pressure. The indents lined up directly in between where the holes were drilled, it was not a surface scratch. Contacted company, the owner said he would recut if we brought in another piece of acrylic.we inspected to ensure no scratches or imperfections ahead of time.came back with tiny scratches/indents by one hole but at this point we are out of acrylic so are stuck.
Then even more surprised and disappointed to be emailed a new invoice to recut the acrylic which was never agreed upon or talked about. And it's very clear to us where the indents came from yet we are being charged for something caused on their end plus wasted nearly an entire sheet of acrylic for a subpar job.

Very upsetting company, the fact they fired my fiancee for using his cell phone while knowing he was looking for an attorney for an upcoming court date, owners wife and owner was very rude and snappy towards my fiancee Jesse, when was asked had his chair kick and multiple swear words were used, not mature or proper with the way they handle things fired him on spot when knew and acknowledged what he was going through. Not professional company to work for highly disrespectful and rude.

Andrew Benson at Frankensigns put a beautiful sign in our office. Everyone who comes in comments and we couldn't be happier.
